This time, I put cheese inside the chikuwa, wrap it in nori (seaweed), and fry it. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some points of interest here and there, so please enjoy it all the way through. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home

Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. I will use chikuwa, grilled nori seaweed, crumbled cheese, potato salad, flour, water, eggs, breadcrumbs, and oil for frying. First of all, since going to make fried cheese wrapped in dried laver, I will put cheese to be avoided inside.

Can use sliced cheese or processed cheese. And now I’m going to show you a version of the nori-maki cheese fries with potato salad for a different flavor. As for the yaki nori, I will use the yaki nori that is sold for onigiri this time. I will make it with these ingredients.

Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making them. First, divide this avoiding cheese lengthwise into 4 equal parts. Can of course break it up by hand. Divide into 4 equal parts like this. Then let’s put it in the hole of this chikuwa.

If the cheese is a little too thick to fit in at this point, make it a little thinner. If you force it in, it will tear off the cheese, so don’t force it in. This is how it looks like. Put it like this. Now let’s put the rest in the same way.

And as for the remainder that has been broken off, you can eat it as it is as a snack. For the cheese version, add cheese like this. Then the potato salad version. This one is difficult to put potato salad in this one, so please make a vertical cut. Make a slit like this.

Then put the potato salad in this. Here is a commercial potato salad. Lay out the potato salad like this so that not too much of the ingredients stick out. Now lay out the rest of the potato salad in the same way. The potato salad chikuwa is now ok.

Then we wrap this chikuwa with grilled nori. Cut this one in half. Then wet the beginning of the roll with a little water. And stick it snugly to the chikuwa part. It looks like this. After that, wrap it around tightly. And wet the end of the roll with a little water.

Then roll it up and leave it like this with the end of the roll down until you are comfortable with it. Now, roll the rest of the hair in the same way. Roll up the potato salad in the same way, wrapping the nori like this. It looks like this.

Let’s wind this one in the same way. Now let’s wind the rest in the same way. Finished winding all of them. Then put the end of the roll down and let it acclimate like this for about 5 minutes. Now let’s continue to make the batter solution.

This batter is used to coat the chikuwa before breading, but if you coat the chikuwa with batter before breading, the breadcrumbs will be evenly and thoroughly coated. Now the first step is to crack the eggs into a bowl. Then add water to this and beat well. Once dissolved, add flour here.

You can add the flour without shaking it. And mix well. Mix it well so that it does not ball up. The batter liquid is now ready. Now that the nori has been acclimated to the chikuwa, we’re going to dip the chikuwa in the batter solution and finally sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.

First of all, we put the chikuwa in the batter. Then breadcrumbs are sprinkled on the top of the chikuwa. Press the breadcrumbs down with a squeaky press and sprinkle them on. Dust with breadcrumbs firmly like this.

Now we will do the rest in the same way with the butter liquid and cover them with breadcrumbs. Stick the breadcrumbs on like this, pressing them down. Please dust the breadcrumbs like this. The key is to make sure both ends are well breaded. This will keep the cheese from popping out.

So now going to fry this one. Easy recipes at home Now please prepare the frying pan. Pour in roughly 5 mm of oil from there. Then put it on the fire. Medium heat. Keep the oil warm for roughly 1 minute. It has now been a minute and a half.

Then add a little bread crumbs. If this is a quick wriggle, you’re good to go. Turn the heat down to medium-low. The potato salad is first to be raised. The potato salad is less likely to pop out inside or out, so I’ll give it to you from here.

After adding the chikuwa, fry them without touching them for about 1 minute. Continue frying until the surface is a nice deep-fried color. Be careful not to roll them from the beginning or the batter will easily peel off. After about 1 minute, flip it over.

After turning over, let it fry like this for about 30 seconds. After about 30 seconds, fry the rest of the fish evenly while rolling it. OK. I just fried 2 minutes total. Take them out when they get a good fry color like this.

If fried for more than 2 minutes, the ingredients tend to pop out from the inside, so try to fry them for 2 minutes. It is fried deliciously like this. Then remove this leftover scum once. Then put it back on the fire and reduce the heat to medium-low. Now I will fry the cheese.

The heat should be adjusted to medium-low to medium-low. The inside of this cheese tends to pop out, so try frying it for about 1.5 to 2 minutes. Fry this one without moving it at first as well. After a minute or so, flip over. Then fry for another 30 seconds.

And after about 30 seconds, try to fry it, rolling it a little bit so that it’s even all over. Be careful not to overdo it too much or the cheese will tend to pop out. At 1.5 minutes, if the whole fish is nicely browned, you can take it out. Then, take it out.

Now, it has been fried for 1 minute and 40 seconds. The surface is fried to a crisp like this. Now let the oil drain off like this for about 3 minutes. Now that 3 minutes have passed, I would like to cut it in half. I would like to cut the cheese first diagonally.

The key to deep frying is to keep the chikuwa in the pan for about a minute without moving it. If you roll it right after putting it in the oil, the batter will easily peel off. The time for frying should be about 2 minutes.

  14. 登録は済ませているのですが、コメントは初めてとなります。ちくわと言う食材は安価で美味しくて助かるおかずだと思います。天ぷらの時など、ちくわをそのまま揚げてつまみにしたり、子供の頃からお弁当のおかずとしてちくわを、砂糖と醤油で炒めておかずにしてました。結構ゆかりさんのチャンネルみて色々試しています。これからも頑張って簡単で楽しい料理をお伝え下さいね。
