“We had no direction or planning for this photo shoot, other than the fact that I wanted to use this pink scarf I had found at Goodwill. I soon envisioned an all pink monochrome kind of look, and Nia, the model, was perfect for this look. I asked her to throw the scarf out around her head so many times until I got the shot I wanted, and she did amazing at keeping a calm expression through the movement.
