For this photo, I clearly chose the ‘similar desert colors’ option. Once that decision is made, I create strong but flattering lighting. I used a reflector, and a flash equipped with a hard beauty dish to create that gorgeous contouring on R’Bonney’s face. Let’s not forget to include those amazing shoes in the composition!”
