It is located at the bottom left of the stairs leading up to the city hall

Nishikigoi no Sato (Koi Farm/Park)
You can learn various things about Nishikigoi♪
You get food when you enter(^^)
Fourth one
Ojiya Station
There are incredibly large Nishikigoi (lol)
It was great that all four were nearby♪
