Kathmandu Valley brings sacred sites, royal squares and working neighborhoods into one continuous five-hour journey. The route begins at Boudhanath and Pashupatinath, then moves through Makhan Tole, Ason Bazaar and Kathmandu Durbar Square before climbing to Swayambhu. It continues through Thamel, Patan and Bhaktapur, ending at Changu Narayan Temple. Along the way, the camera captures prayer wheels, temple courtyards, brick plazas, market streets, woodcarving and pottery districts as part of everyday life. This is a long, unhurried look at three historic cities and the religious traditions that still shape the valley.

Can any nepalese tell me why ason bazzaar and so many places inside katmandu look so ugly? I mean why government leave those places to be ugly on the other hand durbar square looks like heaven. Why no rule in these places to built buildings in traditional style.
