Lin Hung-hsien | Troupe Leader
Attended the Graduate Institute of Folk Arts at National Taipei University. He is the second-generation leader of Kuang Hsing Ke and the son of national-treasure glove puppetry artist Cheng Wu-hsiung (born Lin Chi-tung). He began learning glove puppetry at age 13 and took over as troupe leader and lead puppeteer in 1998. He was selected as an Outstanding Performing Arts Troupe of Changhua County for five consecutive years, won Best Musical Score at the 15th Yunlin International Puppet Arts Festival Golden Palm Awards, and received the Jury Award at the 112th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music. He was also nominated for Best Puppet Performance at the 112th and 115th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music.
Huang Chiao-wei | Director
Chairman of the Taiwan North-South Opera Association. He studied under national-treasure glove puppetry master Li Tien-lu and previously served as lead puppeteer for the Yi Wan Ran Puppet Troupe. He currently serves as resident director for Kuang Hsing Ke Puppet Troupe and production director for Taipei Puppet Theater. He won Best Puppet Performance at the 114th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music.

Lin Yen-ru | Puppeteer
Graduated from the Department of Theatre Arts at National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Has many years of experience in puppeteering and prop making.
Kao Cheng-chun | Musician
Graduated from the Graduate Institute of Ethnomusicology at National Taiwan Normal University. His performances span Taiwanese opera, glove puppetry, Peking opera, Hakka opera, Kunqu opera, Henan opera, and string puppetry, with involvement in international tours and cultural exchanges. He served as a music creator for the 35th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music ceremony, won Best Musical Score and Sound Effects at the 19th Golden Palm Awards, and earned the Outstanding Music Design award at Taipei’s 114th Taiwanese Opera Showcase.
You Fang | Musician
Graduated from National Taiwan College of Performing Arts and Shih Hsin University. Majored in pipa and is highly skilled in yueqin, sanxian, and Beiguan music. Has participated in major productions, international exchanges, and cross-genre performances.
Huang Ya-ling | Music Director
Full-time staff member of Kuang Hsing Ke Puppet Troupe, responsible for administration and musical score arrangement.
Lin Ching-ting | Administrator
Third-generation successor of Kuang Hsing Ke. Graduated from Feng Chia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Manages troupe administration.
Lin Tsung-ying | Puppeteer
Third-generation successor of Kuang Hsing Ke (age 17). Immersed in the art since childhood, actively dedicated to learning glove puppeteering.
Huang Nuo-en | Puppeteer
Third-generation successor of Kuang Hsing Ke (age 17). Introduced to glove puppetry at an early age, building years of puppeteering experience.

“鄭武雄：「没有最好，只有更好。」”
第一代團長鄭武雄 師承新興閣鍾任祥，成立於1961年，以內台金光戲為基底，創作劇本達三千多集，更創下戲園時期長門戲達122天的票房記錄，為台灣具代表性的布袋戲團隊。
1998年由二代鄭成龍（林宏憲）接棒，為迎合目前演藝生態環境，轉型往現代劇場式的精緻表演，保留內台演出的劇本核心，結合現代劇場之燈光技術、獨立音樂創作編曲、加入專業的劇場導演、舞監等分工的表演方式，多次獲得地方傑團與國藝會、傳藝中心等公部門相關補助，並獲得金掌獎肯定•並於2020年至2022年連續三年獲得彰化縣一級傑出演藝團隊
•也是彰化縣布袋戲傑團中第一個進入劇場售票的團隊。
近期則朝多元發展演出型態，期許將布袋戲藝術文化以符合當代時宜的演出方式發揚光大，因應網路時代行銷拓展，利用時事新聞話題得到廣泛迴響，短片更創下十萬人點閱佳績，已然將金光戲重新活化，走入精緻化現代版新金光戲型態，成為本團特色。
2022年之原創新作「大俠百草翁前傳」的與現代劇場導演合作，專業分工其演出評價高，已然將布袋戲帶到另一個領域。
2023年入圍了第34屆傳藝金曲獎最佳主演獎。同年榮獲金曲評審團獎，更於
2024年入選「Taiwan Top 中央扶植團隊第37屆傳藝金曲獎入圍名單公布，彰化員林在地「光興閣掌中劇團」再獲肯定，團長林宏憲以長門戲系列作品《鬼谷-第壹部》入圍「最佳偶戲主演獎」，展現彰化布袋戲傳承與創新的深厚實力。
彰化縣文化局指出，光興間長年扎根地方，持續推動傳統藝術創新護展，此次再度入圍傳藝金曲獎，不僅是劇國榮膽，更展現彰化表演藝術團隊的文化能量。
劇團人員簡介林宏憲｜團長
台北大學民俗藝術研究所肄業，為光興闊第二代團長、國寶級布袋戲藝人鄭武雄（本名林啟東）之子。13歲起學習布袋戲，民國87年接任團主及主演•曾連續五年獲選彰化縣傑出演藝團隊，並獲第15屆雲林偶戲金掌獎最佳配樂獎、112年傳藝金曲獎評審團獎，並入圍112、115年傳藝金曲獎最佳偶戲主演。
黃僑偉｜導演
台灣南北戲劇協會理事長，師承國寶級布袋戲大師李天祿，曾任亦宛然掌中劇團主演，現為光興閣掌中劇團駐團導演、臺北木偶劇團製作總監，曾獲114年傳藝金曲獎最佳偶戲主演獎。

畢業於國立臺灣戲曲學院劇場藝術學系，多年操偶及道具製作經驗。
高承駿｜樂師
國立臺灣師範大學民族音樂學研究所畢業，演出橫跨歌仔戲、布袋戲、京劇、客家戲、崑曲、豫劇及傀儡戲等劇種，並參與多國演出與國際交流•曾任第35屆傳藝金曲獎頒獎典禮音樂創作人，獲第19屆金掌獎最佳配樂、音效創作獎及臺北市114年歌仔戲觀摩匯演優秀音樂設計。
游方｜樂師
畢業於國立臺灣戲曲學院及世新大學，主修琵琶，並擅長月琴、三弦及北管音樂，參與大型製作、國際交流及跨界演出。
