I Spent 8 Days in the Arctic and Here’s What I Discovered

Have you ever wondered what lies at the very top of the world at the North Pole? Join me on an unforgettable 8-day luxury expedition cruise in the Arctic. Starting from Bangalore, taking a quick break in Paris, and finally flying to Longyearbyen, Svalbard – the northernmost inhabited settlement on Earth – this journey changed how I see the world.

Aboard the elegant Le Lyrial by @Ponant_FR we sail through stunning fjords, massive glaciers, and navigate through endless ice floes on this Arctic cruise towards the North Pole. Watch as we encounter the kings of the North (Polar Bears multiple times!), majestic walruses, and experience the surreal Midnight Sun where the daylight never ends. From hiking untouched lands and zodiac expeditions to learning about the deep history of this frozen world, this is a true once-in-a-lifetime adventure. As an Indian traveller in the Arctic, this was a truly unique experience – the temperature, the landscapes, the wildlife and the fact that the sun never sets here in summers – made everything on this trip an adventure.

My travel partner for this journey were @JrnyOnWorld without whom this expedition just wasn’t possible. You can also travel with me here and to many other parts of the world. To know more check here – https://jrnyon.com/maestros/sid-joshi.

  1. Hello Anna. It has been a while from you. Another great video indeed. What I love in you the most is that you don't post for views, clickbaits and likes but you are just posting it by just simply expressing your thoughts. Somehow that makes me feel connected. I am unsure whether I will be able to go to these places in my lifetime but thanks for sharing your wonderful experience with us. It feels like I am present over there. I do really enjoy the way you live. Thanks Anna. Keep inspiring us. Keep teaching us on how to search for our inner peace in the midst of this chaotic world. Really love it. Thank you so much anna once again for this video. It is truly wholesome❤❤✨✨

  2. Wow man 🤩 truely mesmerizing 🙏🏼 I wonder how much this luxurious expedition costs? Per person?

  5. Siddhartha Joshi, a million thanks for introducing us to a world which most Humans have never been to – and, probably, will never visit it!
The audio-visual presentation is spectacular……as if I am watching a lovely documentary on Sony BBC Earth! The visuals are enhanced by a slow and soothing background music which keeps you transfixed.

When one visits such wonderful tourist spots you are transported to a different world. You are liberated from your daily worries, arguments and duties. Your mind becomes refreshed! This may, in fact, introduce you not only to that tourist spot but even to yourself. Your refreshed mind will make you look at yourself and the world around you from a fresh perspective. Perhaps, this may even motivate you to make few changes in your attitude and outlook in your daily life…..who knows!

Finally, all these wonderful thoughts 😜from a person who is a classic introvert who spends most of his time in the House. 🤣😜
