Kyoto by the Sea 🌊 | Ine, Kyotango & Japan’s Most Scenic Coastal DriveI ASMR
Hello and welcome to the Diary of the Mediterranean!!
Welcome to our Spring in Japan series : )
After exploring Amanohashidate, we continue our journey along Japan’s breathtaking northern coastline to the peaceful area of Kyotango.
In this episode, we check into a cozy apartment by the sea, enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza, and wake up to another beautiful day exploring one of Japan’s most underrated regions. We stop at a stunning seaside café overlooking the Sea of Japan before taking one of the country’s most scenic coastal drives to the famous fishing village of Ine.
Instead of staying in the village itself, we spend the night in a peaceful mountain cabin surrounded by nature, enjoying a traditional Japanese BBQ under the stars. The next morning, we visit the before returning to Ine for lunch and another look at one of Japan’s most picturesque coastal villages.
