About This Walk / この散歩について

This walk begins at the foot of the stone steps at Kinryuji Temple, on a bright winter holiday in Ota.
この散歩は、冬の祝日の明るい空の下、太田市にある金龍寺の石段の前から始まります。

With no fixed route in mind, I followed the natural flow of the grounds as they opened up.
特に道順を決めず、境内の流れに身を任せて歩きました。

Voices of visitors drift in and out, reminding us this is a place that’s still part of everyday life.
参拝に訪れた人々の声が、ときどき静かに聞こえてきます。

Closer to the main hall, the space feels carefully maintained and present.
本堂の周りは、今も丁寧に守られている空気があります。

Further back, time feels slower, especially among the moss-covered stone monuments.
境内の奥へ進むと、苔に覆われた石仏の中で、時間がゆっくりと流れているように感じられます。

This is a short, unhurried walk through a temple that quietly holds both use and age.
今も使われながら、長い時間を重ねてきたお寺を、静かに歩く短い散歩です。
