    @TokyoKenchan just mentioned that Daimon is a favourite area for him to stroll around in his latest video from a few days ago! And then you post this! So I will take it as a good omen and I will put it higher on my list of places to explore quietly and more deeply when I'll be in Tokyo 🩵❤️
    I hope that by that time I will be able to hold casual conversations in Japanese, as I enjoy learning the language 🌟

    🗼The light and shadows at this time of day are so beautiful. And Tokyo Tower is stunning.
    It is fun watching the activity around jinja during new year time.
    3:56 interesting looking thin entrance of a house. It would be interesting to see the layout of the house.
    4:36 I didn't know about Shiba Daijingu and the location connection of Shinbashi, Daimon, Tokyo Tower. This walk is filling up the area beautifully.
    The style of Tori gate of Shiba Daijingu reminds me of the old tori gate of Taichung jinja. Which tori is now laying down on the ground in Taichung Park as a historical monument as there is no jinja there anymore.

    Chōzuya is not in the path of line up of Hatsumōde people. Does that mean people tend to not visit Chōzuya when they need to line up for Hatsumōde? Or does most people go to Chōzuya first before line up for Hatsumōde?

    34:59 The masked up gate is actually a really interesting sight! It is really nice that you recorded this! The construction sight of Zojoji Temple.
    35:57 And because of the construction. The tunnel becomes a very unique way to guide and open up the view to visitor's eyes. The effect of the view opening up going through a tunnel to see the temple! You go through a tunnel, light bunce around. And then it opens up to the bright shinning sight of the temple backing with Tokyo Tower. This is some amazing sight to experience. I would argue this sight while the construction is underway is no less amazing then original.
    36:35 That is one of the most epic sight of Tokyo Tower.
    I am surprised the sight don't have more visitor. I would be telling people to see it when the construction is there!
