Thanks. I visited last year and only seen some of the Yokai as I walked from the train station to the park and back via the information centre. It was too hot in the middle of June, but worth seeing some of the benches.
Sunekosuri and the Nekomata are so cute; they're my favorite! And the lunch you had looked delicious. I really love the skulls in the snow sculpture too. Thank you for sharing!

Whoever did the art for those little yokai figures. Did it actually pretty good job. Nice little blend of modern-day silliness with yokai. If I ever go to Japan I might have to make it a point to go check it out

Japanese folklore is one of my favorites!! I loved playing yokai watch for the ds also! The kappas are pretty creepy…but a lot are really neat!

I love that place! It's a 2 hour drive from my aunt and uncle's house in Hyogo and I checked it out in December when I went to visit Japan. My cousin's 4 year old daughter was crying and screaming when the Tengu came out of his little house 😂😂

That was a great park. And wonderfully and completely explained. The stamp process explained was beautifully done. It's a great way to bring home and remember the trip . Very informing about the folk lore of such an old culture. Very great review. Long live your channel 😊🎉

Japanese cities 300 years ago were dark. People spent their nights by the light of small lamps. It was in the darkness that monsters and spirits were imagined.

Wow, this is really cool. I would love to do this. As an American, I am often slightly jealous and always in awe of other countries cultural oddities or just their heritage in general. I think so many more countries are more colorful than America when it comes to their past history. I think to live in an ancient place, steeped in old wisdom’s would be fantastic.
