Did you not go to Namba area, or Shinsekai? Also, Korea town in Osaka is THE best Korea town ever. Feels like you're in Seoul. Did you ever check that area out? Edit* the busker @ 4:32 is the same one I saw when I was there in May. She is really good. There's nothing wrong with going to touristy areas, unless those are the only areas you visit.
