为什么《跑马溜溜的山上》会诞生在康定？
这次来到四川甘孜州康定市，我走进被称为“情歌之城”的高原小城，探索跑马山、南无寺、茶马古道，以及正在改变川西的雅叶高速。

康定不仅是《康定情歌》的故乡，也是古代茶马古道的重要驿站。过去，茶叶、布匹、马匹、药材在这里流动；今天，高速公路、高架桥和现代交通，正在重新定义人与高原之间的距离。

这是一场关于康定的旅行，也是一场关于时间的旅行：

过去：茶马古道与马帮文化
现在：跑马山、康定街头与高原生活
未来：雅叶高速如何改变川西

Why was the famous song “Kangding Love Song” born in Kangding?

In this episode, I travel to Kangding, a highland city in Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan, China — known as the “City of Love Songs.” I explore Running Horse Mountain (Paoma Mountain), Nanwu Temple, the ancient Tea Horse Road, and the new Yaye Expressway that is reshaping Western Sichuan.

Kangding was not only home to one of China’s most famous folk songs, but also an important stop along the ancient Tea Horse Road, where tea, horses, fabrics, medicines, and cultures were exchanged across mountains.

This journey is also a journey through time:

Past: Tea Horse Road & horse caravan culture
Present: Kangding city life & high-altitude experience
Future: How modern highways are changing Western China
