No elevator, and sloping ceilings are a no-go for me. I’d rather pay €50,000 more to have no sloping ceilings and an elevator.

A nice, modern apartment for someone who is short. The stairs don’t seem like they would be a problem. It’s that sloping ceiling that is throughout the apartment.

Been there, seen the flat. A perfect opportunity to purchase a real gem! The view from the terrace is breathtaking! Location is top-notch, with supermarkets within walking distance and a new medical centre just round the corner. Nice floor and a large bathroom! As for the steps in the stairwell: it’s absolutely true… they’re very wide and, compared to what we’ve seen elsewhere, pleasantly shallow.
What was overlooked: on the north side, there’s an external elevator going up to the second floor. So all you’d need to do is extend it. It’s all doable, and the costs will be kept within reasonable limits.
