京都・東山にある清水寺を、360°VRで巡る日本語ガイド付き動画です。
動画は、産寧坂を上りきった先に続く清水坂から始まります。
八ッ橋や宇治茶、京菓子、清水焼などを扱う土産物店が並ぶ門前町を進み、清水寺の仁王門、三重塔、国宝の本堂へ向かいます。
本堂では、高さ約13メートルの斜面に張り出す「清水の舞台」から、周囲の山々と京都の町を眺めます。
その後、阿弥陀堂を通って奥の院へ進み、本堂と清水の舞台を正面から望む、清水寺を代表する景観を収録しています。
最後は、清水寺の名前の由来となった音羽の滝へ向かいます。
清水寺は、ユネスコ世界文化遺産「古都京都の文化財」を構成する寺院のひとつです。

The journey begins on Kiyomizu-zaka, the historic approach to the temple, lined with shops selling Kyoto specialties such as yatsuhashi sweets, Uji green tea, traditional confectionery, folding fans, and Kiyomizu ceramics.
Continue through the vermilion Nio-mon Gate and explore the three-story pagoda before entering the National Treasure Main Hall.
From the world-famous Kiyomizu Stage, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the city of Kyoto.
The walk then passes Amida Hall and continues to the Okuno-in Hall, where you can see one of the temple’s most iconic views of the Main Hall and the Kiyomizu Stage.
The tour concludes at Otowa Waterfall, the sacred spring that gave Kiyomizu-dera its name. The name Kiyomizu means “pure water.”
Kiyomizu-dera is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto.
