Masca, Los Gigantes & Teno Rural Park | Tenerife’s Most Scenic Region 🇪🇸
After exploring Teide National Park and Anaga Rural Park, it was time to discover another side of Tenerife: Teno Rural Park.
Located in the island’s northwest, Teno Rural Park is one of Tenerife’s oldest and most diverse regions. During this trip I explored traditional mountain villages, scenic hiking trails, the famous village of Masca, the dramatic Los Gigantes cliffs and the black sand beach Playa de la Arena.
Highlights featured in this video:
• Callejón de Teno Hike
• Teno Alto
• Masca
• Masca Gorge Viewpoint
• Puerto de Erjos Hike
• Los Gigantes
• Charco de Isla Cangrejo (Crab Island Pool)
• Playa de la Arena
The Teno Massif is among the oldest geological formations on Tenerife and offers an incredible variety of landscapes, from laurel forests and mountain ridges to deep ravines, volcanic coastlines and some of Europe’s highest sea cliffs.
If you’re planning a trip to Tenerife and enjoy hiking, nature and spectacular viewpoints, Teno Rural Park should be on your itinerary.
