We start the morning with a cozy tea at our ryokan, then head to Osaka via train to catch the Sunflower Ferry to Beppu. After arriving in Kyushu, we take another train journey to Yufuin, stroll the city streets, stop for coffee, enjoy a quick hotel room tour, visit Lake Kinrinko and a local shrine, and have a delicious lunch.
