富山県高岡市伏木地区で毎年５月第3土曜日に開催すている【伏木曳山祭(別名けんか山)】に初めて行ってきました‼︎
富山に移住してから行きたかったのですが震災の影響で3年間観に行く事が出来なかったのですが、
3年ぶりに観覧可能という事で行ってきたのですが。
伏木曳山祭は昼と夜で全く違うお祭りで今回は夜の部を観覧。
激しく曳山がぶつかる『かっちゃ』がとにかく音と振動が凄かった‼︎
結構近くで見る事が出来たので大満足です。
また来年も観覧してみたいですねー😄
伏木曳山祭とは…
富山県高岡市伏木地区で、毎年5月の第三土曜日とその前日に行われる「伏木神社春季例大祭」、通称、「けんか山」。
昼は美しい花傘を広げた７基の花山車が町を巡り、夜には提灯を灯した曳山同士の激突「かっちゃ」が行われます。
町を離れた若者もこの日のために帰り、汗と声と力で祭りに命を吹き込む。
その姿には、地域への誇りと未来への願いが宿ります。
この祭りは、伏木神社の春の例大祭にあわせて行われる神事でもあり、200年以上にわたり地域の人々によって受け継がれてきました。曳山を一年かけて整え、磨き、曳く。技と誇りを次へと紡いでいきます。
けんか山は、伏木の歴史、暮らし、人々の絆が凝縮された、地域の魂そのものなのです。
夜の見どころ、「かっちゃ」
伏木曳山祭「けんか山」の最大の見どころは、曳山同士が激しくぶつかり合う、夜のクライマックス「かっちゃ」です。
「かっちゃ」とは、「かちあう（ぶつかり合う）」を語源とし、山車が正面からぶつかる様子はまさに「けんか山」の名にふさわしい迫力。勝敗こそつかないものの、町の誇りを懸けた勝負は、見る者の心を揺さぶります。
重さ８トンの山車が約360個の提灯をまとって闇夜を進み、太鼓の響きと若衆の「イヤサー、イヤサー」の掛け声が祭りを最高潮に導きます。この掛け声には「弥栄（いやさか）＝ますますの繁栄」を願う意味が込められており、地域の発展幸せを祈る響きでもあります。
ぶつかり合ったあとは、互いの健闘を称えて総代同士が握手を交わし、若衆の町内賛歌で「かっちゃ」は幕を閉じます。

I went to the [Fushiki Hikiyama Festival (aka Kenkayama)] for the first time, which is held on the third Saturday of May every year in the Fushiki area of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture!!︎
I wanted to go after moving to Toyama, but I couldn’t go to see it for 3 years due to the earthquake,
I went there because it was available for the first time in 3 years.
The Fushiki Hikiyama Festival is a completely different festival between day and night, and this time we will watch the evening part.
Anyway, the sound and vibration of “Katcha” where Hikiyama collided fiercely was amazing!!︎
I was able to see it quite close, so I’m very satisfied.
I want to see it again next year😄
What is the Fushiki Hikiyama Festival…
In the Fushiki area of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, the “Fushiki Shrine Spring Festival”, commonly known as “Kenkayama”, is held on the third Saturday of May and the day before every year.
During the day, seven floats with beautiful flower umbrellas tour the town, and at night, there is a clash between hikiyama with lanterns.
Young people who have left the town also return for this day, breathing life into the festival with sweat, voice and strength.
In that figure, there is pride in the community and hope for the future.
This festival is also a ritual held in conjunction with the annual spring festival of Fushiki Shrine, and has been passed down by local people for more than 200 years. Take a year to prepare, polish, and pull Hikiyama. We will weave our skills and pride to the next.
Mt. Kenka is the soul of the region that condenses the history, life, and people’s bonds of Fushigi.
Highlights of the night, “Kacha”
The biggest highlight of the Fushiki Hikiyama Festival “Kenkayama” is the climax of the night “Kacha”, where the hikiyama collide fiercely with each other.
“Katcha” is the origin of the word “kachia (colliding)”, and the way the float collides from the front is truly powerful as the name of “Kankayama”. Although there is no victory or defeat, the game that bets on the pride of the town will shake the hearts of the viewer.
A float weighing 8 tons, wearing about 360 lanterns, proceeds through the dark night, and the sound of drums and the shouts of the young people’s “Yasa, Yasa” lead the festival to its climax. This shout contains the meaning of wishing for “Yasaka = more and more prosperity”, and it also sounds like praying for the happiness of the development of the region.
After bumping into each other, the presidents shake hands in honor of each other’s good fight, and “Kacha” closes the curtain with the town hymn of the young people.
