Peaceful Afternoon Walk in Daizaifu Tenmangu Shrine (2K)
Hello, welcome back to Silver Walks!
Today we take a peaceful walk in the afternoon through the Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in the city of Daizaifu in the prefecture of Fukuoka, Japan.
This is one of the most important Tenjin shrines, which was built over the grave of Sugawara no Michizane, a famous scholar and poet who was later deified as Tenjin, the god of learning, culture, & arts.
I walked in the quiet paths, and the calm atmosphere and traditional architecture made it the perfect place for me to slow down. It’s famous for its thousands of plum trees whixh makes it a popular spot among students to come and pray for success in their exams. You also can really feel the peaceful energy throughout the grounds.
