    I used to hang out at Mods when it was still over in Okinawa city. It was a tiny place and had lots of character. That was 1996.

    I called that place home from 1975-1978 and it was nice then.The American sector was easily recognizable: when you could no longer read the neon signs in English, your sector had stopped. Who ever thought THIS nightmare was better? No wonder the locals want us out of there. I heard the Marines moved to Guam and those locals don't care much for is either.
