Atmospheric 4K (60fps) video from Pikalyovo in the Leningrad Oblast of Russia. A pure industrial Soviet town that is actually not existed until 1930 and was founded only after a deposits of cement-grade limestone and clay were discovered here. Historically, the indigenous people here were the builders and workers of the Pikalyovo Cement Plant.
No old fortresses, pre-revolutionary merchant houses or ancient churches — only real utilitarian pure Soviet stuff!
Boksitogorsk is located in the Leningrad region of Russia, 260 km southeast of St. Petersburg and 470 km northeast of Moscow.
