A nossa visita ao Templo Senso-ji, em Asakusa, começa no imponente Kaminarimon, o famoso portão com a lanterna vermelha gigante. A partir daí, seguimos pelo animado mercado de Nakamise, repleto de bancas tradicionais, doces japoneses e lembranças típicas.
O percurso leva-nos até ao Hozomon, antes de chegarmos ao Senso-ji Hondo, o salão principal do templo budista mais antigo de Tóquio. Entre rituais, arquitetura tradicional e a atmosfera única do bairro de Asakusa, este é um local essencial para compreender a história espiritual da cidade.
