Nagoya’s Hidden Narrow Streets – Myōon-dori to Mizuho Kuyakusho Walking Tour | 4K HDR

Experience a quiet walk through the narrow residential streets of Nagoya, following a meandering route from Myōon-dori Station to Mizuho Kuyakusho Station.

This walk takes place in Mizuho Ward and explores a network of small lanes and alleyways that are becoming increasingly rare in modern Japanese cities. The route weaves through local neighbourhoods including Idotacho (井戸田町), Tsukudacho (佃町), Tsukatacho (津賀田町), Honganjicho (本願寺町), and Kitaharacho (北原町), where older street layouts and narrow passages can still be found.

Several small shrines and temples appear along the way, adding quiet points of interest within the neighbourhood.

The walk finishes at Mizuho Kuyakusho Station, completing the route through one of Nagoya’s less explored residential areas.
