鹿児島県阿久根市は西部は東シナ海（天草灘）に面しており、大島・桑島などの島嶼が点在する。高松川河口の市の中心地は平坦であるが全般的には山林や丘陵となっている。市の北西部は天草諸島最南の長島と黒之瀬戸を隔てて向き合っており、黒之瀬戸大橋が架橋されている。沿岸部にはホンダワラ等の大規模な藻場を有している。「アクネ　うまいね　自然だネ」食べ物の美味しい町です。一度来て町を堪能してください。24時間不夜城の年中無休の何万坪もある巨大スーパーAZもあります。

This is an old video from the summer of 1992. It appears that National Route 3 was temporarily closed to traffic for the parade. If you like, please enjoy looking back on those days through the footage.
Akune City in Kagoshima Prefecture faces the East China Sea (Amakusa-nada) on its western side, with islands such as Ōshima and Kuwajima scattered offshore. The central area near the mouth of the Takamatsu River is flat, but the city as a whole is characterized by forests and rolling hills. In the northwestern part of the city, Akune faces Nagashima—the southernmost island of the Amakusa archipelago—across the Kuro-no-seto Strait, which is connected by the Kuronoseto Bridge. Along the coast, the area is home to large seaweed beds, including hondawara.
