Just cause they coincidentally told a story that happened to take place when a major earthquake took place doesn’t mean they are 100% correct on what will happen in July.
The Japanese people know where they live, their flora and fauna. I think they're probably the best equipped of anyone in the world if something was about to happen.

I’m actually Japanese and this is true but this might sound crazy so Japanese people that work for Japan to notify everybody about any natural disasters have suspected that in July there will be an earthquake that’s is a 6.0 magnitude earthquake or higher. I hope this helps
