I Stayed at Japan’s NEWEST Four Seasons | Four Seasons Osaka Tour

I stayed at Japan’s newest Four Seasons during my trip to Osaka, and I wanted to share what the experience was like. Four Seasons Osaka opened in 2024 and is located in the Dojima area near Umeda, one of the most convenient and central parts of the city. The hotel sits inside a 49-story tower and offers beautiful views of the Osaka skyline and the busy Umeda station district.

In this video, I take you through the hotel from the beginning of my stay. The sky lobby starts on the 28th floor, which immediately gives you a sense of the city views when you arrive. My guest room was a corner room on one of the guest floors above, facing toward the Osaka and Umeda station area. The design of the hotel blends Japanese style with modern touches, and the colors and atmosphere throughout the lounge and public spaces felt very calm and balanced.

I also explored the wellness floor, where the spa, ofuro, and pool are located. The ofuro is a traditional Japanese soaking bath, and I found myself relaxing there both morning and night during my stay. The indoor pool also has fantastic views of the city, and swimming there while looking out over Osaka was one of my favorite moments.

The hotel also has several dining spaces. On the first floor there is Jardin, a French bistro where I tried the tasting menu. On the 37th floor you’ll find Bar Bota, which has a completely different vibe from the calm design of the lower floors. The circular bar and dramatic lighting reminded me a bit of a Vegas-style hotel bar, and it overlooks the Osaka skyline.

Overall, the hotel felt surprisingly quiet and peaceful during my stay, even though it’s located in such a busy part of Osaka. I chose a corner room thinking it might be quieter, but honestly the whole property felt calm and relaxing.

There are now four Four Seasons hotels in Japan: Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi, Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi, Four Seasons Kyoto, and Four Seasons Osaka, which is the newest one.

Thank you for watching, and I hope you enjoyed this tour. If you visit Japan, you can try one of the Four Seasons properties or explore them all, and let me know which one becomes your favorite.
