Hi Flora & Nota ! . If you are still in Saigon , and like to have a bowl of pho. Please, try Pho Minh, its location is on the casino street, Saigon, District 1. Why ? This place was opened for more than 80 years in Saigon, and it is the truly local taste. Good luck !
