Staying at the KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi in Tokyo – KOKO Hotel Residence 淺草合羽橋公寓式飯店開箱

Welcome to the 39Adventures Youtube Channel! In this video, we’re going to do a video review of KOKO Hotel Residence Asakusa Kappabashi in Tokyo. Let’s go! This is a serviced apartment style hotel. As soon as you enter the unit, you see a shelf with paper slippers on your left. There are extra rolls of toilet paper, an extension cord, and even a vacuum cleaner! Housekeeping service is only available every 3 days. I forgot to film but on your right is a small cabinet where you can put your luggage. There is also a space for you to hang your clothes. Our room has a small dinning area, a kitchenette, a medium-sized fridge, a microwave and a toaster. The kitchenette has two hot plates. There are also pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, chopsticks, etc. It has everything you need to cook a good meal when you’re tired of eating out. A wine opener, plastic wrap and tin foil in this drawer. There are two garbage containers. One is for non-combustible garbage and the other is for combustible garbage. Spoons, forks and chopsticks are here. There are two beds in our room. Each bed has a yukata. There is also a tatami area. If there are more than 2 guests, some can sleep here. All you have to do is to slide the table under the cabinet on the right. There are mattresses, pillows and blankets in the cabinet. This may sleep 2-3 more guests but it could be cramped. There is also an air purifier and a small safe in the room. The safe can fit an iPad but not big enough for a laptop computer. Here’s the toilet. After you flush your toilet, you can wash your hands here. The water will be used for the next flush. This is a very clever design! Across from the toilet is the laundry room and bathroom. Having a washer/dryer right in your room is so convenient! There is a small bag of detergent and it might not be enough if you wash your clothes every day. You can ask at the front desk or just buy a small bottle of detergent at the drugstore. Here’s a door to the balcony. It’s locked though. If you need to take a hot shower/bath, make sure that you turn on the heater first. The bathroom is pretty spacious. The bathtub is rather small though. Thanks for watching and we hope you enjoyed the video.
