Told the manager people were swapping oil filters in boxes, putting the expensive ones in the cheaper boxes. If you opened it to check the cheap oil filters were in the expensive oil filter boxes. It was in many boxes. The manager was upset to hear that. I think boxes now are taped off at the factory so try and prevent that sort of stuff.
That staff there, and just the store in general, does not qualify for being in the capital of Minnesota, and also every isle had someone that looked like they were gonna mug you.
