LAUTERBRUNNEN – approximately 2,400 inhabitants.
Lauterbrunnen is a spectacular Swiss village, located in a deep valley, surrounded by steep cliffs and over 70 waterfalls that fall directly from the slopes. The atmosphere is fairy-tale, with traditional wooden houses, green meadows and snowy peaks rising above the village. It is a starting point for the famous resorts of Mürren and Wengen, but also for the Jungfraujoch, nicknamed the “Top of Europe”.
