we are taking you to our favorite restaurant in Bangkok. We are in a place called 
Ban Plundy. Ready? Yeah. Let’s go eat some food. And let me show you this place cuz 
this is our favorite go-to spot in Bangkok for   food. Yes. Our favorite spot. We’re going 
to explain it to you why in a second. So, we are trying a little bit different 
style of the of the video this time. Uh we are doing no cut one take video. There’s 
going to be some reasons behind it cuz basically we are planning to do a little bit more videos 
increase our uh posting frequency. So two videos per day. And uh also we just want to try a little 
bit different format of the videos. Less editing, more life, more room. Oh hey hello. Welcome. Thank 
you. This place is not only our favorite for food but also for people as well and is a famous start 
of the trip here in Bangkok, right? Yeah. So, all the links are going to be in description. So, make

only amazing for the food. You can book the really good trip. If you’ve been watching 
our video, you know we’ve been here many,   many times, right? Yeah, maybe like we’ve been 
on a hidden Bangkok boat trip five times already, I think. But today is super busy cuz if you 
didn’t know, it’s actually Mother’s Day in   Thailand today. So, all the families are 
out and obviously the tours go from here, but you get lots of boats that come through. 
We explain more why in a second. Let’s go grab   a seat and look at the menu. And let’s order 
food cuz that’s what you’re waiting for, right? Yeah. Right. So, we sitting right here, 
right by the canal. Where’s it? Uh, opposite me. Yeah. Yeah. We can film this way 
and we can also we can also film this way. You see? I’m going to sneeze. All right. So, thing 
is one take video. I will have to behave. So, um Yeah. Yeah. We’re just trying new style

always one dish I go to in here. Let me flick through and show you guys. There’s something 
called a wing bean salad. And you can get it spicy. You can get it in no spicy. And also in 
here, the English language is very good. So, don’t be worried about coming here and think, 
“Oh, I don’t know what to order.” Menu is in   English. This map is featuring English as well. 
So busy. It’s not normally this busy. So, let me have a look. Mac. This lady is called Chu. Very, 
very friendly. What about me? You’re not Soy Mac. Right. I know what I want, but I just 
need to find you. Okay. Sorry guys,   was looking through. What do you 
fancy? Just make sure you don’t borrow people. Okay. Can I have Tai? 
So, I’m going for a wing bean salad, which is 120 B. What do you want? You want Mhm. 
And you also want the salted chicken. Yeah. So, fried chicken is 150 B. How much was 
wing salad, Danny? We have to sing. 120 B wing salad. Conga. Um, what else? What 
else we going to have? You wanted wings, didn’t you? chicken wings or you got 
the other one is okay. I got wings.   You got lab. All the prices the price 
is food is very well priced here like uh Oh, cow. You want rice as well? Rice. Cow. One 
or song? Song. I have to uh chai soda. Soda. Soda. Okay. Yeah. It says the prices are really 
good. How much is beer? Everyone wants to   know how much is a beer. One thing you want to 
know price of beer. So I think these are these are large bottles as well. So a large bottle every 
single Thai beer is 90 bucks. So Leo Sing Chang, they also have Hiliken. I think this is in a big 
bottle as well. That one’s only 100 B. So when you think like central Vango prices, this is a big 
beer for 90 B. Not a little small. Really, really good. Good prices. Yeah. We need some food first 
before one of these. Oh, so busy. So, sorry. So, you’re literally sitting right by the canal and 
you can watch the boats passing by like this one. It scared me. So, you probably want to know 
the reason why all these boats are going up and down through here. So, the actual Oh, thanks 
for coming. The Chao Pria River is only maybe 5 minutes by boat from here to the main Chao Pria. 
Obviously from here you can go to Wun and look at the tour on the river and also behind us this 
way is I think one of the biggest standing Buddhas in Bangkok. So it’s called uh Paknam and again 
you can get tours and boats even from here to go around here. And one more thing around this area 
also you have artist village which is kind of um it’s kind of relaxed like I said art village 
you can make bracelets you can do watercolor   painting you can just sit by the river and feed 
the fish and just relax very sai very chill very chill place uh would you like fried No I was 
sitting you like those do you like these Danny it’s okay you is okay I like these Okay. No, 
look what one more. And I think he’s hungry. I’m I’m very hungry. It’s 12:00. We haven’t eaten 
yet. Uh we do like intermittent fasting anyway, but I I can eat a lot. I always like to order a 
lot of food when we come here. I’m just thinking like we don’t have enough. You have 1 2 3 4 5 six 
dishes. You have six dishes. Six dishes. We don’t have enough. And two, right? Okay. Okay. Yeah. 
Come down now. Yeah. But also what I like here, I’m going to turn you around. When you see all 
these buildings here, all the um falling down buildings, there is a lot of monitor lizards in 
this river. So hopefully we can spot one and I can show you as well. They swim up quite close 
sometimes, don’t they? Yeah. I think they must   have had some rain up river recently because the 
water is like a like said, it’s like a Tai tea color. It’s like a deeper brown. Look behind you. 
There is a digger. They’re actually digging at the   moment. Ah, they’re probably deepening the canal. 
This is why it’s looking this color now. Normally, it’s not this brown. Cheers. It’s not a beer. 
Well, you can’t have beer without before food. And today is actually not that hot today. There’s 
a nice breeze. It’s not hot at all. It’s really   nice. So, tell everyone how to get here from 
like center Bangkok from Sukumbit from ASOC, let’s say. Yes. So if you’re coming from like 
Suk as you can basically catch the MRT and the station you’re looking for is called Isalapa. 
But if you’re looking at as in English writing and pronunciation it’s salap when you read it. 
And basically from there you can catch there’s always tuk tuks or there’s motorbike taxis. So 
if you’re like a family you can jump in a tuk   tuk and it shouldn’t cost you any more than 100 
B to get here. Buy motorbike taxi anything around 30 B each for a motorbike taxi. But no, it’s 
just very easy to get to. But from the center, so 20 minutes on the MRT and then you’re looking 
at 5 minutes on a taxi. So 25 minutes total. But for me, it’s kind of if you want to escape the 
craziness of the center of Bangkok, this is a good place to come with proper Thai food. Really 
good Thai food. I love the food here. I think let’s let’s just move here because I want to put 
the camera down when we’re eating. Uh I don’t want it to fall into the river. I just worry it’s too 
close in here. So maybe we can basically put the camera here and we can both eat at the same time 
and people won’t get bored with you being on a camera for too long. Usually it’s me, but no, I’m 
joking. We never done this type of video before and I’m like I’m just wondering, are you guys 
going to like it? Is it going to be interesting   for you watching us for half an hour nonstop? Like 
one take, no editing. Let me put the camera down. That’s high enough. Can’t see myself. Yeah.

bit. So maybe turn it off next time and I can look at the screen instead. Yeah, maybe. But no, here 
basically even if you’ve got like family and kids, there’s loads like little vending machines 
here. So you get loads of little toys. Oh,   the pool table’s gone. Oh, it’s still here. 
Yeah, they got a pool table as well. You’re shaking the table all the time. Yeah. Stopped 
like banging. Right. So yeah, you have uh you can feed the fish as well. Should we feed the 
fish? Yeah, I think feed the fish now. You want   to wait for a second? No, now feed the fish. 
We get some cash out first. Get cash out. Wait, slow down. Let’s feed the fish. Otherwise, 
they’re going to get bored of the video. This is This is not uh Well, I 
don’t know. It’s weird for us   because we haven’t done video like 
that before, ever. Uh, but yeah, it’s going to be interesting. I wonder if 
you guys going to like it. I’m going to I’m going to show you the drinks they have in 
here. So, you’ve got a bottle. They even have like a craft beers if that’s what you fancy. 
They’ve got coffee. Loads of different style beers. Something little sparkling for ladies as 
well. and some Bud Visora, of course, the Thai beers and some soft drinks as well. This is the 
pool table Danny was tell telling you about. So, yeah, it’s very very local place. This is why 
we like to come here because it’s so chilled. Uh local atmosphere, local food, and delicious food 
as well, isn’t it? Yeah. It’s quite surprising because quite a few expats actually live on 
this side of the river because they like the   more quiet kind of relaxed kind of area. It 
sounds really busy now because it’s midday. There’s lots of people on tours at the minute. 
But it’s so nice just watching the boats pass   by when you’re eating your food. You know, we 
made we’ve been coming here for years now. So, we’ve made few friends around here. 
Oh, the river is quite low, isn’t it? had a flipflop. Feed it by hand. No, the water’s 
moving too fast. Look how fast the water is. Oh yeah. Woo. Feed it by hand. Go on. Do it. Danny, 
will be a chicken. You need a smaller piece. Give me some. You going to feed it by her head? 
Yeah. Then you can rip out the bit you want. Well, you could give me a little bit less. I 
want I don’t want to check it for you. No, rip it. Oh my god. Danny just gave me 
half bread in one piece. Come on, man. It’s loads of fish. And they’re huge as well. You know what we got for dinner? 
Yeah, the bread smells good though. Nice. So, yeah, I just love sitting here 
eating a food, having a beer, chill, and watching those boats 
passing by. What a spot, eh? What happened? Sticking wet me. Oh no. 
Long water. That boat was going quite fast. Give me some bread. No. I love it. All right. Don’t know what’s going on here. H 
sorry was just checking something. The bread smells really nice and sweet 
that one. Let’s heat the fish. Whoops. Here is actually better cuz the 
water is not moving so fast. Look,   another boat. There is loads of boat tours today. 
Maybe because it’s a Mother’s Day. Yeah. Don’t know. Let’s see if they going to wave to us. 
Yeah. Wave like the queen. Wave like the queen. Hello. Everyone’s waving. Happy boat. Let’s see. Oh, we’ve got a nice big fan over 
here as well. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. All right, we’re back. We are back. I’m 
eat I’m eating the bread. I’m so hungry.   Is it in date? I would imagine this would 
be out of date if it’s for the fish. No. No, I don’t think so. I don’t know. But it tastes 
good anyway. This tastes really nice and sweet and we are hungry. So, this is like the camera or 
no? Oh, I don’t know actually. Maybe not. Yeah, you can now. Yeah. Yeah. So also if you are going 
to Warun is another thing. So if you walk to the back of Warun from there it only takes around the 
table. Now when I will kick you that means you’re shaking the table. Okay. Kick me and I will shake 
the table more. So yeah if you come from uh Wun if you go to the back of the temple basically 
it’s only like a 7 minute walk to get to here.   If you like taxi, it’s three two to three 
minutes. So escape a little bit. Wow. Jesus. Yeah. Yeah. So it’s very close, guys. If you’re 
in Wanun and you want to escape for a little bit, get more bit more local food, good food, and 
yeah. You see some of the old Bangkok is,   as you said, all these houses are like 
from I think they’re back from the 1960s, a lot of these houses. So they’re very, 
very old. A lot of them are collapsing now, but I’d like to stay around here at some 
point. Wouldn’t you? Yes. Yeah, I’d love   to stay around here at one point. There are a 
few places you can stay here. Yeah. Basically, we are preparing um we’re getting with our from 
friend before you saw um in the beginning of the video. We are basically just preparing like a date 
when it’s going to be his place available because he’s renting out one of those canal houses. Not 
the ones collapsing, but renovated in a beautiful old Thai style house right by the canal and that’s 
where we want to spend like a weekend. Come and chill. And this is our favorite part of Bangkok, 
Tonburi. So we want to show you this area, why you should come here, show you some good spots 
for food. Mhm. And we want to show you his Airbnb as well. It’s absolutely beautiful and we wanted 
to stay there for ages now, right? Yeah. A long time. But the thing is like for us and a lot of 
you guys actually asked, they want to see this area more. They want to see where they can stay. 
Oh, is that a massive monitor? Look, huge one. Oh,   wow. It’s like a crocodile, but the camera won’t 
pick it up. Camera won’t pick it up. You need to come here and see it for yourself. Check the 
bread. I don’t know if you eat bread. You got a   chicken. You might eat it. Yeah. Yeah. So hungry. 
Waiting for food now, right? Yeah. I just seen over there they have like a fried fish with mango 
salad. I could eat that, too. Where did you see in the kitchen? On the wall there. See? Oh, yeah. The 
kitchen’s just there as well. Yeah. Yeah. The food is really ding. Does that mean food’s ready? 
I think so. I think so. Food. I’m so hungry. All right, we’re going to eat tile style. So 
basically we sharing all the dishes in the middle and then you just put a little bit on 
your plate, whatever you fancy, whatever you want. But we eat the same way in Poland. Like 
if we have a party or meeting up with people, you put loads of food on the table and then 
you help yourself little bit by little bit.   So don’t eat from the main plate on the table. 
Just take normally the plates on the table, have a spoon and just take what you want 
from that dish, put it on your plate,   then eat from your plate. Don’t go and eat 
directly from the center of the table. And especially with this spoon which is in the middle 
as well. Well, it’s two two only two of us. So,   it’s different. You know, we can just share 
it, but we need to learn to eat it proper way because when we go out with our Thai friends, 
we’re just like all over the so we need to I I have a funny question for you actually. Oh, 
yeah. When’s the last time you used a knife? If you didn’t know in Thailand, generally you 
just have a fork and a spoon. This will hold   your food. This will cut your food if you need to 
cut anything. So, generally you won’t be given a knife. Oh, you use the fork as a scooper. Yeah. 
Scooping the food on a spoon. Scooper. Yeah. And then it’s so much better because you can’t fit 
much food on a fork, can you? On spoon. Yes, you   can. You pick a mouthful. Yeah. Oh, that wasn’t 
our food, unfortunately. Oh, dingdong again. Maybe. Maybe. So yeah, hopefully we can make more

channel yet? Oh yes. So what we ordered here, these are like um shrimp cakes. I am a big fan 
of these. They super It’s going to be hot. Oh, smells so good. Super like a light crispy 
on the outside. Like a soft in the middle as well. And yeah, they put of shrimp. So what 
comes with that is basically this is like a   sweet plum sauce that comes with it. I think 
we got pickled veggies as well. Uhhuh. Yeah. It’s just come straight out of the fryer   and straight into Dicky’s mouth. 
Mhm. Is that hungry? M. Uh-huh. Let’s put them here. Veggies as well. This is really good because obviously this 
is all deep fried. But on the side here,   what they do is they give you like pickled 
veggies. So when you have a bit more oily food, it’s actually really nice to have the pickled 
veggies. Not many places do that. They’ll just   give you like a fresh salad. But here it’s like 
pickled. It’s really nice. And me being Polish, I love all pickles. But this is the 
It’s like a sweet pickle. Yeah. Pickled   radish. This is really, really good. 
It’s really good. Right. Let me try. It’s a bit hot. You see there are big pieces of prawns in there. 
There’s chunks of cr. So good. Yeah. Yeah. I don’t think it’s like a much butter or 
filling. It’s just loads of crumbs in there. So, it’s like a thick sticky sauce, but it’s really 
nice. It’s like a Yeah. sweet plum, I think. Sometimes it can just be like a minced prawn and 
you don’t get actually bite to it. These actually   have like whole chunks of fresh prawn inside. 
It’s really good. And like a sweet flam sauce. It’s perfectly. This is why I rarely eat them. 
I don’t like the mashed up kind of ones with   um the consistency is so nice, but with like 
the whole bits of corn, that’s really good. Thank you so much. Another chu. So if you come here, she’ll probably come 
and serve you your food. Really nice lady. Really   nice. Mhm. She’s here all the time, isn’t she? 
Like she works full time here. I think she lives here as well, possibly. But staff are so friendly, 
all of them. And the thing is because you get some of the tours that go from here, you’ll get 
a lot of like the um staff from the tours   come around and even if you’re not on a tour, 
they’ll probably come and say, “Hey, anyway.” And maybe they’ll give you some more tips 
on some secret places to go possibly. Yeah,   maybe. Just ask the guys. Everyone is 
so friendly here. And hopefully we can still show you the hidden Bangkok uh boat 
tour. Uh maybe they will be leaving soon. I never seen boat like that before. Big one. Yeah. So some of these boats actually come 
from the main child prior as I said before.   So there’s some slightly bigger boats coming 
through here now. Oh yes. Oh, more food. This is one of my favorite things to order here. 
It’s basically deep fried chicken, but you’ve got loads of lemongrass, black pepper going all over 
the table, chilies, and it’s super super crunchy. We got some cashew nuts too. And you 
basically you have to eat chicken and herb. Help me. No. Together. Right. Yeah. Sorry. Like you wouldn’t have 
to eat it with me. Right. Chicken. Oh yeah. Looks so crispy and salty. Some lemongrass as well. Oh wow. I think you want to order more. I don’t think 
so. Is it okay? Yes. So we’ve got a wing bean   sandwich here. Mhm. Kuyang rice or namim jao. Wow. 
My favorite is this one. Right. Try your favorite then. So, what is this? So, show everyone. Pick 
up the plate and show everyone to the camera what   you’re eating. Maybe. I don’t know if you guys can 
see. So, basically this is like um a sweet savory salad. Sweet and savory at the same time. What you 
have you see like these little star shapes inside. If you think back in England, you get like 
runner beans, the long thick runna beans. This   is the same, but it’s just a different shape. 
And it’s sliced up. It’s mixed with shallots, chilies. This one is actually seafood. Wow. 
Look at the size of that prawn. That’s huge. Oh, yeah. Again, I like this one because it’s 
slightly sweet. It’s not too spicy. M. So, and even if you don’t want it spicy, tell let 
me tell you the one thing you need to know in Thailand how to say not spicy. So, the word for 
no is my. So, no, obviously spicy is pet. So, my pet, which means no spicy. This might 
come in handy for you guys. Yeah. When you’re in and around Thailand. So, let’s 
get a mouthful of this. Good made of it. You see red onions, chilies, crispy onions. 
Um it’s kind of a sweet sauce served with a   salted egg as well. This is delicious. 
I can eat the whole thing to myself. M one of my favorite salads in Thailand. But 
for me, maybe I got a bit of a sweet tooth. Isn’t this slightly sweeter than most salads you 
normally have? I think it’s a tamarind inside,   I think. But you have like fresh red onions 
inside. Obviously, beans are uncooked, so they’re crispy and crunchy. It’s 
really, really good. I like it. Mhm. Right. Let me try kamuyang for you. Kamuyang looks 
so good. What is komoyang? What is it? Kamuyang. Oh, kamuyang is like a grilled pork. Pork neck. 
Grilled pork neck. Look at that charcoal with some charcoal bits. This one doesn’t have a lot 
of fat on it, which is always plus for me cuz um with my high cholesterol um I can’t eat 
much. that. All right, let’s go for nam jim jao, which is basically like a dipping sauce. Oh, 
let me mix that first. I can see white pepper here. Uh, what is it? Oh, this is this smells 
so good. I’m just going to mix it all. Alo, my favorite. Every time I come here, normally 
people cannot eat the lemongrass, you know, just just put for the flavors. But this 
lemon grass, you can eat it, right? Yeah.   Cuz it’s crispy. I snapping it with his eye. 
Really good. But normally like for the soup, right? People just put in the soup, but they 
just want to smell. Mhm. This is crunchy,   so you can actually chew it. The fresh one 
is like a woody stringing. You can’t eat it. Yeah. You’re here with your family for my 
brother. I’m nearly this. So just going to hang out with them for a little bit and then I’m 
going to go to see my mom. Oh, nice. Yeah. Yeah, nice. I got the today as well. So, yeah. Um, we’re 
just filming like a one take video today. Mhm. Uh, basically, so we want to start posting a little 
bit more. Yeah. Would you like to uh quickly say to our viewers like about your company, when 
you’re going on the boat tours and all that? Can I put you on a camera? Yeah, of course. Yeah. Or 
do you want to sit with Danny for a second? Yeah. So this is our favorite company tour in the 
whole Bangkok. We’ve been how many times   on the boat? Maybe 100 times. Yeah. More than 
more than my family. Really? No way. But yeah, also is a very good friend here in Bangkok. We 
met when we first came here a long time ago.   Long time ago. Long. Maybe like just right 
after co or still. Yeah. Three years ago, I think. Yeah. Three or four years. Yeah. So, 
would you like to tell our viewers like what   boat tours you guys do? Okay. So, first of 
all, I think um we probably have seen each other before. Um thank you so much for watching 
this and thank you so much for Danny and Diggy always our best supporters. Um my name is 
I was born and raised in this neighborhood. This neighborhood means like which is like on 
the other side of the river. Uh mostly people   came to Bangkok. They’re seeing Bangkok from Sky 
Train, you know, from their department store, uh, from their fourstar five star hotels. 
But people don’t really come to this side, the rivers, which is which name is Tonbury side, 
the local side of Bangkok. So, I would like to invite you guys, you know, come and check out my 
neighborhood. Yeah. Maybe see Bangkok from the   water. So, my company is hidden Bangkok. Yeah. 
Yeah. We do the boat tour. We do to cook street food and we want to support the local. We try 
to distribute all the opportunities to locals to everyone who work with us and the house like 
along the canals because to be honest I’m not really sure like how many years like these houses 
will last long because seems like the government don’t really care so much about in this side of 
the river so much. Since we’ve been coming here   we can see more and more of the river. Yeah. 
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. because like their government don’t really I mean they they only focus on like 
their you know the land yeah the land near super like near the sky train you know um because over 
there they can build skyscapers but around here they cannot build skyscaper and that’s why if you 
look around here you don’t really see like their   tall building around here yeah it’s good things 
about this rich people they don’t want to come and invest here not only good thing is the land is 
not belong Yeah. The bodies go by and see the web. Yeah. Yeah. Starts knocking the houses downstairs. 
So the not the thing is like there my generation and younger everyone move out. No one want to put 
the money right away the place that not belong to because yes I’m I’m trying to you know bring first 
you know I need to bring them a job so they would have saving money to renovate the parents. 
Yeah. Because like when the house collapse,   it’s not only the accommodation, the house 
collapse. It’s the whole community and the history collapsed too. Yes, that’s true. That’s true. 
They have to relocate. Welcome to Tur. But I was saying and a lot of you guys don’t realize from 
if you’re in like Watarun or the Grand Palace,   you’re not that far away from here. This area, you 
can get here in 10 minutes. So if you’re like Wun, you can actually walk to here in 10 minutes. 
Yeah. And then you can explore Bangkok from the water side. Yeah. Come and see and then go and 
see Bangkok from the water. We also been saying to our viewers already that we’re going to come 
and do like a separate video, show people some good spots around here. So maybe we ask for your 
recommendations and we definitely would like to stay in the house by the canal right here. Yes.

get that if we go on the train or Yeah. good train snack or when you’re doing a little 
trip or journey cuz they’re quite sweet. All right. And the bananas in Thailand, they’re a lot 
smaller, but they’re so much sweeter. So, just remember that. This is why this is more

to know, don’t they? Yeah. Yeah. But for me, the dishes we chose here, I would choose 
the same ones. If you’re coming here,   these are not spicy. It’s a nice introduction to 
different Thai flavors as well. So you get a bit of mix of everything. Obviously, they still do 
your normal like panang curries, masaman curries, they do the soups, they do to yam. So, there’s 
tommy is good. Yeah, it’s very good here. So, you have everything here. If you have kids, they 
do French fries. They do other stuff like this as   well. So, don’t think you’re just here just Thai 
food. There’s many, many different. This place is also good for kids because they have like a play
