安曇野の北アルプス眺望は池田町がベスト◆長野県道51号で絶景を眺めながら信濃大町駅まで北上。

Hello everyone. I am currently in Ikeda Town, Nagano Prefecture. Speaking of Ikeda Town, “A spectacular view of the Northern Alps” comes into view (smile). In front, from Mt. Jonen on the left, is the trapezoidal shape of Mt. Ariake. To the right, the mountains of the Ushiro-Tateyama mountain range line up in a row. You can clearly see all the way to Hakuba Sanzan. Don’t you think that Ikeda town is the best place to see? (Smile) This is Azumino Ikeda Craft Park. The view from this hill is spectacular. You’d want to live here, right? But unfortunately, this isn’t a residential area. If you turn right here, you will find a parking lot and you will find Ikeda Town’s Northern Alps Observatory Museum. The view from here is one of the best in Ikeda Town. The Northern Alps Observation Museum lives up to its name as a masterpiece. You can’t experience this super panoramic feeling unless you come to Ikeda Town. An important point to note when recommending this view channel is to visit early on a clear day . The Northern Alps can be seen as a panoramic view from a height on the opposite bank on the east side of the Takase River , so the best view is when the sun rises in the east and is behind you. If you want to see everything from the south of Mt. Jonendake on the left to Hakuba in the north in full sunlight, the earlier the better. If the weather is nice, go straight to Ikeda Town (smile) The Northern Alps Observation Museum also opens at 9am. Now, I went down to Prefectural Route 51. Mt. Ariake in the front also has a strong presence and is cool. It’s my hometown, Mt. Fuji. (Smile) Now, turn right and head towards Omachi City. Nagano Prefectural Road No. 51 Omachi Akashina Line This road is relatively empty compared to the other main routes, National Route 147, which runs north-south through Azumi, and the Northern Alps Panorama Road , so when it is crowded, you can use it from the Nagano Expressway/Azumino IC. When heading north towards Hakuba , once you exit the IC, one option is to head north on Prefectural Route 51 via National Route 19 on the east side. As for the observation rays mentioned earlier, you can view them facing north until relatively late in the day. When it’s crowded, it’s reckless to head to National Route 147 after exiting the IC , and heading to the Northern Alps Panorama Road is extremely crowded until you reach the Takase River. This is the roadside station parking lot on both the left and right sides of Ikeda Town’s “Roadside Station,” but the herb garden on the right is closed during the winter. Prefectural Route 51 also has a traffic light and passes through the center of Ikeda Town, but since the section with a high density of buildings is short, the view is relatively good, so it’s worth keeping in mind. Additionally, if you have time, there are many luxurious Northern Alps observation spots that can only be found in Ikeda Town, so please take a detour first. Even among my acquaintances who live in the city, there are surprisingly many who have never run on the left bank (east side) of the Takase River, even though they have been to Azumino many times . It’s a waste. (Really) Also, this prefectural road No. 51 is a straight road that continues for a long time, so it is easy for beginners to drive. (Smile) Uh, that’s the sound of a motorcycle merging from the right. Here , from a slightly open area, you can see the Ushiro-Tateyama mountain range. The road is straight towards the Ushiro-Tateyama Mountain Range, so you won’t have to look aside to admire the scenery, which may be nice for beginner drivers. Gradually, we entered the center of Ikeda Town. If you turn right at the traffic light ahead, you will reach a famous spot for cherry blossoms in spring , and if you turn left, you will see the Kannon-do Hall on the next road, which was once the southern tip of Ikeda-juku. Ikeda-juku is located between Omachi-juku in the north and Hotaka-juku in the south according to the old “Salt Road/Chikoku Kaido” . Located 2 and a half ri (10 km) from both Omachi-juku and Hotaka-juku , you would think that Ikeda flourished as a post town, but in reality, it peaked later when the silk industry became popular. is. Until the introduction of chemical fibers and the decline of the silk industry, Ikeda was the busiest area in Azumi. It is hard to imagine now, but up until the middle of the Showa era, Ikeda was the busiest area in Azumi. It is said that there were over 100 geisha. Furthermore, for a period from 1923 to 1942, Ikeda Town even had a private railway. (It’s true.) Branching off from Azumi Oiwake Station on the current JR Oito Line, it crosses the Takase River right next to the current Takase Bridge on the current Prefectural Road No. 329, with a total length of 6.94 km, and there are six stations. did. Today, there is only a marker post erected at the site of the local board of education , and almost nothing that resembles a structure has disappeared. Then, turn left at this signal and cross the Takase River, which will take you to Shinano Matsukawa Station on the JR Oito Line. Most people other than locals probably don’t know this, but the current Shinano Matsukawa Station in Matsukawa Village, located on the other side of the Takasegawa River, was originally called Ikeda Matsukawa when it was a private railway, but it was renamed in 1932 when it was nationalized. It was renamed “Shinano Matsukawa”. After that, when there was a private railway, it merged with Aizen Village, which had a station along the way, and incorporated Rikugo Village, Hirotsu Village, and part of Akashina Town, and became larger.Currently , the town bus service is available on the Shinonoi Line. You can now go to the station and Hotaka Station on the Oito Line. However , the closest station from the original center of Ikeda Town is Shinano Matsukawa Station in Matsukawa Village on the opposite bank of the Takase River, so there is a station managed by Ikeda Town located in the middle of Matsukawa Village, right next to JR Shinano Matsukawa Station. There is an “Ikeda Town bicycle parking lot.” Historically, you can feel the depth of their relationship. (Smile) Now, if the right side of this traffic light is Nagano Prefectural Route 274 Uruga Ikeda Line , in autumn, we recommend the Omine Plateau “Seven Colored Maple”, which can be reached in about 6.5 km from here and is spectacular. Well, the field of vision ahead will soon open up and you will be able to enjoy the wonderful view of the Northern Alps. Anyway, it’s a straight line, isn’t it? (Smile) Ikeda Town has the best view of the Northern Alps, but since it’s a reasonable distance from the Northern Alps, there is little snowfall, and even if it does accumulate, it melts quickly, and above all, it is prone to stormy weather. Even if all of Azumi is covered with thick clouds , it is often the first thing to become bright. Of course, the closer you get to the Alps in the west, and the closer you get to Omachi City in the north, the slower the weather will recover. However, Ikeda Town also has an inland climate with little precipitation and wide temperature ranges , so it is cold in winter. Well, colder Omachi City is almost here. (lol) The white mountains of the Northern Alps are getting bigger and bigger. Now, I entered Omachi City. The white head in the center of the screen is Gakidake. The trapezoid on the left is Mt. Ariake. Because Mt. Ariake’s shape resembles Mt. Fuji, it is often referred to as Shinano Fuji, but it has two other names as well: Azumi Fuji and Ariake Fuji. The next traffic light is Miyamoto Intersection. The shortest way to go to Nishina Shinmei Shrine, a national treasure, is to turn right here if you have a small car. After entering Omachi City, there are fewer buildings blocking the view, and the view of the Northern Alps becomes even more captivating. white alps. scenery. That’s nice. The straight road that had been going on forever took a slight curve here. And again, a straight road. (Smile) The Northern Alps are getting closer and larger in front of you on the left. Gakidake has also changed direction and the viewable side has moved. The goal of this video, Omachi City, is almost here. Come to think of it, why is there a pedestrian bridge in front of me?I wonder (worry) every time I pass by, but I don’t understand. I don’t understand. I don’t know. (Head spinning) (bitter smile) There is a museum on the plateau on the right, but there is a large parking lot there, and there is no space like a parking lot to the left of the pedestrian bridge, and there are also private houses. Nothing at all. Why do we need a pedestrian bridge? It used to be a necessary place, but now it’s no longer necessary? Have they just not removed it? I don’t understand. I don’t understand. (Hey, hey, it’s me! Don’t think about it anymore) (bitter smile) (I won’t know unless I ask the government office) (If anyone knows, please let me know) Gradually, the scenery is starting to look more like Omachi. Once you get this far, this prefectural road is almost over. Prefectural Route 51 curves to the left and reaches the starting point at the Asahimachi intersection . From here, enter National Route 147, which comes from the front and heads to the Matsumoto terminal on the left. Climb the overpass and cross over the JR Oito Line, but when you get here, Mt. Ikinari looms large (lol) The big one on the left is Mt. Renge, and the end of the oncoming lane is Mt. Jiga -dake, and in the middle is Mt. Iwagoyasawa-dake . and Mt. Narusawa, and directly below it is Mt. Ogizawa-jigatake, and to the right are Mt. Kashima Yarigatake and Mt. Goryu-dake. As I enter Omachi City from the south, the scenery is very familiar to me, but every time I climb up the overpass, I am impressed by the proximity and size of the mountain . The construction site is the site of a supermarket that has already been moved to the outside left of the screen. It has been abandoned for many years, but it has finally been demolished and will be turned into a commercial facility, with the upper part being used as a residential building, but to be honest, I’m a little worried about how much it will block the view from the overpass . (Anxiety) The front is JR Shinano-Omachi Station, our goal this time. You can see Mt. Takakari directly behind it. We have arrived at the goal. Thank you for visiting.
