GRAMADO E CANELA – RS: Tudo que você precisa saber com preços
In this video, we’ll share everything we experienced in one of the most expensive and safest destinations in Brazil. This place is known as the Brazilian Europe, and some even say it feels like Switzerland. There are restaurants for all tastes, some super-ripe where you can dine with pirates or eat picanha with gold, and others lesser-known but more affordable and totally worth it. There are several natural and artificial parks that will impress you, and many other incredible attractions. But the main thing in this video is that we’ll show you how to enjoy this region with free tours and a way to save much more than you imagine. So come climb the Serra Gaúcha with us and learn more about Gramado and Canela. [Music] And let’s go now. Finally, we’re heading to Gramado. Here’s a tip: Many people usually arrange a transfer, some form of transportation, to get you from the airport to Gramado, because it’s a short drive, right? About two hours, right, honey? It’s two and a half hours. But we decided to rent a car because what are we? We’re adventurous and want to explore the region a little further. If you have a car, we end up having more freedom. Gabriel is here adjusting it, right, honey, so we can hit the road. Hey, mirrors today, guys, it’s a rainy day here. We were even apprehensive about the road because it’s unfamiliar territory, but we asked for directions and they said, what did they say, right, honey? They said it’s calm, that I just can’t go on the Romantic Route, that it sometimes has landslides. And we heard the Romantic Route has some really beautiful scenery, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to go on it, maybe on the way back, right? We’re going to spend a few days in Gramado, and our hope is that the weather will improve a little someday so we can enjoy everything the region has to offer. I’ll tell you that I spent a lot of money there just now. I picked up the car here at Unidas, right? And we’re in Rio Grande do Sul, right? Back in Rio, we’ll sign a theft report. You have to notify us within 24 hours, or you’ll have to pay the full value of the car. A gentle right turn on the ramp to your canoe. Then when I said, “Hey, he didn’t give me the theft report. So I said, “You don’t have to sign the theft report.” Then he gave me the theft report. We’re already embarrassed in the south like this, right? Love, we’ve barely arrived. We arrived already embarrassed. Go away. Let’s explore this region we’re so excited about. The day we arrived, it was raining heavily, so they advised us to take BR16 to Novamburgo and from there take RS15, passing through Igrejinha. And that’s the route we took. This route doesn’t take two hours, but that day, we went slowly due to the heavy rain and some light flares along the way. We paid a toll of three crowns, which is R$7.10. We arrived. We finally arrived in Gramado, right, love? But here we are, folks, in a closed area. You guys aren’t seeing that beautiful nature in Gramado because it’s raining, right? Today is really rainy, and we were going to start by going to a very popular tour in the nearby area, right? It’s in Canela, the Sky Glass. But with rain, guys, we don’t think it makes much sense because it’s an all-outdoor tour, anyway, with a really cool view, but we’re waiting until the end of this trip to get there and show you guys. Yes, but since we didn’t make it, we’re here, and look, the cold is surprising us. So we’re going to give you a tip. For those who want to warm up in the chill here in Gramado, but don’t want to bring too much warm clothing, take this tip now, because it’s a good tip. And our very first stop here in Gramado is a great tip, guys, for those who want to save money, bring, don’t want to bring too much warm clothing, don’t want to pay for excess baggage, look, we’re going to rent our coat here in Gramado. I thought it was really chic, guys. There are several really cool styles here. We’re here at Air Clet, a coat rental store right in the center of Gramado. And they have several coat options. Each one more beautiful than the last, and they also have accessories, hats, scarves, boots. Wow, they’re so beautiful. And the best part is that they’re still in primeur, so they’re perfect. Well, now… We’re going to choose our coat so we can enjoy ourselves, start enjoying Gramado, because we’re from Rio, right? Look. Our coat isn’t enough, so we’re going to choose a really warm one. And here’s a tip for anyone coming to the area: take advantage of renting a coat. And look, guys, just so you know, there are several options. Look, one more beautiful than the other, something chic, guys. Look at this. And you can come here, choose one each day, and return it as you chose. That’s what we’re going to do. So we’re going to show you a little of the options they have here. Look, there are many, many, many options. Look, there are boots too. Very cool. And here’s also the men’s coat section. So, men will also be in style when they come to Gramado. We stopped for lunch here at Quintanilha, which is right next to Lake Rita Bia. Too bad we won’t be able to enjoy the lake much, right? Because it’s raining like hell. But we did a little research on this restaurant, and it looks really good. Besides being on Prime, the buffet is very affordable, costing R$72 per person. And then with Prime Gourmet, you only pay R$72 plus the service charge, deducting the other R$72. You only pay for one steak, right? That’s basically it. And then on the weekends, it’s R$85. Without Prime Gourmet, we would have paid R$181.95, but due to the R$72 discount for the buffet, we only paid R$109.95, including drinks and service charge. This was our first day, and it ended up being a bit rushed due to the rain. We left Quintanilha straight to the hotel to drop our bags. It’s our first property we’ve ever visited, but it’s really nice for launching our own little farm. So I’m trying, uh, not having taken it, no, there are a lot of people here, Gramado, so hold on to this tip, it’s our first city, let’s say. We’ll have more. And the even more special reason for this trip, guys, is that today is my birthday, and look, Gabriel prepared a surprise for me. I got here to the room, okay? He kept saying, “Come in, room, come in, go see it.” So he did, he asked them to decorate the room for me, he hired the decorations. No, no, it’s not part of the hotel, right, honey? No, but later, if you want to surprise your wife, send a direct message, a message to Gabriel. He sent you the contact details of the place because, I don’t know, they got everything ready, very cool. Then I arrived, the surprise was waiting for me. And so today my birthday celebrations here begin, and we’ll also take the opportunity to share everything with you about this city, this place that we’re already enjoying so much. And I’ll also take this opportunity to give tips to birthday people who are coming here, as there are several free tours on their birthday, right? Yup. Let’s see if we can take advantage of any. And now we’ll show you our room, the Bonavita. It’s a very large room, and we really liked the hotel decor, which is also very beautiful. As soon as we enter, there’s a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet, and a little heater. They leave a hairdryer here, which is really nice. There’s a mirror here, the amenities here, the shower stall. And they leave shampoo and conditioner there. The shower is also really good, look. A really good shower, really nice. There’s this little table here, really nice. We use it a lot on our trips. There’s this sofa, it’s really soft, right? It’s nice to have a room that has a separate area, so we don’t just stay in the bed; we can just sit here and enjoy the TV. And here I was just turning it on, look. We discovered it as soon as we arrived; we thought it was super different. It’s a different fireplace, right, love? How is it kind of old? It, I think it is, I don’t know if it’s gas or electric. And it’s just illustrative, but it heats up. Then you just press the button here and close it, look. This little atmosphere is very beautiful and warms up. Very cool. Yes, it has central air conditioning too, which can heat up if you want. There’s a minibar over there. Here in the bedroom. That’s why she mentioned a separate space. There’s a door here, look. You can close it and then separate the bed from the living room area with the sofa. And then there’s this little chandelier here, right? With these princess vellums around it. There is There are dumbwaiters over there, Baju. There’s another wardrobe, a TV zone here, too. And our warriors, famous luggage suitcases here, right, which are always with us, which you can also purchase with our “achadins” coupon. And here at the end, there’s a window that looks out onto the rest of the room—no, the hotel. And the cool thing is that here in this hotel, there are several areas for you to enjoy. Look, right here near the reception, there’s a room with a fireplace. Right in front, there’s also another area with a really cool cafeteria. So, if you want a coffee or hot chocolate in the middle of the afternoon, you can find it here too. Besides the heated pool, a children’s area, and a gym, the hotel is really complete. So you won’t have to stay just in your room; you can wander around here and there will be plenty of places to explore. Here on the second floor, right in front of the restaurant, we have breakfast. They have a little supermarket here, free for you to go up whenever you want. Then you pick up the product you want and pay there, and it’s open 24 hours a day. They have pads, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and water. And it’s so big here, look, they have nine towers of lodging apartments. And what are we like, right, folks? We’re in Galician territory. The famous chimarrom is very famous here. And here they leave it at the hotel too. Hey, hot water is available for anyone who wants to prepare their own chimarrom. Very typical of the region. Tell me who’s tried chimarrom. I don’t know if we’ll try it by the end of the trip, but it’s very typical here. If we get the chance, we’ll try it and tell you about it too. And here at the hotel, there’s also this spa-like atmosphere, folks. Hey, what am I doing today? Resting my feet with a foot massage. It’s like a massage chair, you know? All over the body. Then it focuses more on the feet. Oh, how wonderful, you know? After walking around the city, it’s such a relaxing experience. Very good. Tell me the price. Got it. You’re here for R$40. The Banovita Hotel is inspired by the architecture and decor of Italy’s Tuscany region. The hotel is quite large and has several cozy spaces. The pool area is incredible, boasting several heated pools, two saunas (one dry and one steam), and a whirlpool. For the little ones, there are two kids’ areas, as well as a computer room and a video game room. For the adults, the hotel has a fully equipped gym, one of the best we’ve ever found in a hotel. Parking is fully covered, and when we recorded this video, it wasn’t included for guests. The daily rate was R$40. The hotel has good Wi-Fi, which reaches the entire property. After dropping off our bags, we rushed back to the city for our photoshoot with Forever Engramado. Now we’re here, look, at the Air Closet photoshoot. Hold on. You book the photoshoot with them and get the look you want. There’s Gabi modeling. It’s happening. João’s taking photos for us. Look over there. That’s right, everyone, we’re just arriving here, look, at Forever in Gramado. Oh, the girls at Air Cluset recommended this studio to us, where those who rent their coats get special deals for a photo shoot here on the streets of Gramado. So, it’s really cool for those who like to immortalize those moments when they travel. And look over there, I’m here talking to you. We just got back from the shoot, they’re already editing several really cool photos, and we’ll post them soon. Look, guys, how beautiful. Even on rainy days, they know the best angles and it’s incredible. Thank you, see? Oh, he’s the one in charge. He’s amazing, see? He knows everything here. And let’s go to our first restaurant of the night, guys. We’re super excited. I’ll tell you later, look. But I’ll tell you something interesting about Gramado. Here, people, people, step on the crosswalk and the cars stop. It’s quite famous for that. And we ‘re even talking here, Gabriel walking, that we can’t get used to this, because in the cities we visit more often, it’s not like that. We live in cities, right? It’s not like that. But it’s really cool how polite people are here when it comes to traffic. Anyway. Yeah. We’re finding this first moment here in the city really great, everyone ‘s very welcoming. So, for now, our arrival in Gramado is pretty positive. It’s just raining, and it’s still raining. But I think it’ll get better, huh, by the end of this trip. Good thing you’ll have tips on what to do on rainy and sunny days here in Gramado. And the cool thing here is that there are several attractions on the main street, Avenida Borde de Medeiros. So, you can do a lot on foot. That’s what we’re doing now. We’re going to our restaurant tonight, on foot, to get a little taste of the city. And the parking here is a bit precarious. So, if you only found one space, leave your car there, download the parking app here in the blue zone, and renew it through the app. If you found a paid parking spot downtown, leave it there; don’t keep looking, because it’s a scam. And tonight, our dinner is starting off very differently. We came to visit Héctor Ferrovia, which is right here on B de Medeiros. It has a very magical theme, somewhat inspired by the Harry Potter universe. It’s really cool, guys. Here’s how it works: you can choose a burger and these sides, fries, and some snacks, which are replenished during our hours. So, it’s really cool to come here, especially for those with children or for those who enjoy this magical world; it’s very interactive. And Héctor Ferrovia is also on Prime Gourmet; you sign up for the app with our coupon code to find a discount. And here you can choose a two-pack (buy one, get one, get two), or a four-pack (buy two, get four). And to explain in practice how this works, what does this mean? You’ll get into Primeromigrê here at Héctor’s. One ticket is R$250. So if you paid for two, it would be R$500. However, with Prime Gourmet, you only pay half, R$250, because you buy one and get one free. And good morning, everyone. Let’s have breakfast. Hey, we’re going to have breakfast like a Carioca today, right? Look, Gabriel shows us his breakfast. Look at his look. Pants, coat, come here, flip-flops. Lazy. I just want to have my coffee. I’ll think about it later. So, let’s go. [Music] Gramado is also known by many as an expensive destination, a destination where you’ll have to invest a lot of money to make the trip, but over the next few days, we’ll show you that it can’t be a very affordable trip. We’ll even start by giving you a great tip: subscribe to Prime Gourmet. Prime Gourmet, folks, is an app that will help you save a lot here in Gramado, mainly because it accepts cards in several places and is an app that can be used mainly by couples, couples, or families, especially when it comes to multiples of two. It works like you buy one dish, you get one free. But it doesn’t just work for dishes; it also works for outings and coat rentals. You’ll see this throughout the days. So it’s really cool, and the best part is that you even get a discount. The Prime Gourmet subscription currently costs R$200, and using our coupon code “Achadinhos” (Findings) you get a 10% discount. So we’ll share several tips on places that accept Promet, and it’s a really interesting and smart way for you to save money here. Please note: this video is not sponsored by Prime Gourmet. We’ll just reinforce this tip throughout, because it’s really worth it. By subscribing with our coupon code, we receive a small commission, and you help us fund our trips so we can record more and more destinations and bring you more and more tips here on the channel. Don’t worry about our recommendations, as we only recommend them when it’s truly worth it. In Campos do Jordão and especially Monte Verde. In our opinion, it wasn’t worth subscribing when we went. You see if it’s worth it the first time; there’s no way around it, you have to do it on paper. When we went to Campos do Jordão and Monteverde, we did it on paper, but for the tours we wanted to do there, for the restaurants we went there, it wasn’t worth it. Here in Gramado, we did it on paper. This time, it was definitely worth it. I’ll give you a practical example to make it clear . For example, the famous pizzeria “Cara de Mal” (Cara de Mal) is currently R$259 per adult. We’re two adults. If it’s just the two of us, we’ll pay R$520. In other words, in this case, it’s definitely worth subscribing to Prime Gourmet. Why? We’ll pay R$200 for Prime Gourmet plus R$259 for the “Cara de Mal” appetizer. In other words, in the end, we’ll pay R$459. Hmm. Because with Prime Gourmet, as Gabi explained, you buy one, get one free. So, you’ll buy the Prime Gourmet subscription, buy one all-you-can-eat buffet from “Cara de Mal,” and get another all-you-can-eat buffet. If you buy two all-you-can-eat buffets, that’s good for four. If you buy six, that ‘s good for eight. Each restaurant has its own set of rules, which you should check in the app itself. And it’s also very advantageous because you buy the Prime Gourmet subscription, and it’s not valid for just one restaurant. There’s a list of local restaurants and apps in the app where you can use the gourmet premium. It’s a subscription to a discount app. This subscription lasts for one year. During that year, you can use it once at each of the available locations. You won’t buy it, use it at just one place, and that’s it. You can use it at multiple places. So you’ll save money at the Cara de Mal and Hector burger joints we went to. It’s also very worthwhile because you’ll buy one, get two free. Then you’ll have saved money at Cara de Mal and Hector. So the more you use Prime Gourmet, the more worthwhile it will be. But here’s the secret: Plan your travel itinerary, write down how much each one will cost, see how much it will cost with your subscription, and use our coupon codes. And one important point to keep in mind when planning your trip is this, folks. It’s a region where you’re often caught in heavy rain, even heavy rain. In fact, many of you may be aware of the tragedy that unfortunately happened here in 2024, caused by the rain. So, unfortunately, this region is often hit by storms, but when that happens, Gabi, we usually asked for some recommendations here, um, the months with the least chance of rain are from October to January, but it’s very variable, folks, you can be caught by surprise in this region. We researched June, which is a peak cold season here. Winter is already starting, and our research said it was a month that was likely to experience heavy rain, but no. We’re checking the weather, and this week we’re seeing a lot of consecutive rainy days. So we’ll show you that there are also many cool attractions here in Gramado for you to enjoy on rainy days. In fact, when you come here to Gramado, it’s very important to be aware of this issue of crime related to the roads. We came from Porto Alegre, you can also see it through Caxias do Sul. Before you arrive at the airport, put Gramado’s location on Google Maps or Wazilla. Look at the entire map, the entire road, to see if there are any landslide warnings or flood warnings so you can choose the best route to get here. Yesterday, when we arrived at OP Alegre, it was already raining heavily, and the city was already getting a bit noisy, but when we put it on Google Maps, it warned me that the romantic route we really wanted to do had unfortunately had some small landslides, but there had been some. So, it would have delayed our arrival here. So we decided to take another route, which is a bit longer, and passes by the little church, Três Coroas, but the roads were in good condition yesterday. So, whenever you arrive here, check the map before you arrive and always choose the least risky route. After breakfast at Bonavita, we took advantage of our time at the hotel to organize a few things and headed to downtown Amado, which was super wet that day. We found the city quite charming in the rain. Despite making some tours impossible. And so our trip here in Gramado continues, taking several rain showers to enjoy what there is to do in the rain, right? And my umbrella just flipped upside down and came back. It’s raining like hell here. The street is crooked over there, look. Empty, empty. Only a few people arrived there now. I need to take some pictures, but it’s pretty empty. But the city is full, it’s just raining. Tomorrow is a holiday, right? So, we took the opportunity to visit the Praça das Etnis, built in honor of the immigrants who formed the region. We bought a magnet that cost R$ 10 at the crafts vendor, had some chocolate at the restaurant, and then went to dinner. And today our dinner is very themed. We came to try a super famous and fast restaurant here in Gramado, which is the famous “Cara de Mal” (bad guy). Many people say they love it, and many say they don’t think it’s all that great. So, we came here to test it out and see if it’s really worth it, because the investment, folks, isn’t cheap. Well, today we paid R$260 per person, so it came out to over R$500 for both of us. Here, it’s also in the Prime Gourmet category, but we’re being honest with you: to get it in Prime Gourmet, this restaurant is very competitive, so we couldn’t afford Prime Gourmet. We actually paid extra because Prime Gourmet depends on availability. There wasn’t any availability here and it wasn’t open. We kept checking in advance, but we still couldn’t get it. So we made the investment to come and try it out. Here’s how it works: there are two restaurants, one next to the other: the port and the ship. Both are pretty bad. And there’s also a branch in Porto Alegre. Well, here they offer all-you-can-eat pizza, both sweet and savory. And during this all-you-can-eat experience , there’s also a show at the end, a super lively pirate show. People say it’s a blast , super fun. So we came to check it out, and we’re going to show you a little bit about this restaurant, about the whole theme that goes on here. It’s understandable that you’re very hungry. But again, it might get loud today. Pirate pizza. [Music] And good morning. Let’s pick out another outfit here at Air Closet with us. After changing our coats at Air Closet, we head to the next outing of the day. Now we’re here at Snowland. This is another attraction we bought through Pramig Gom in that Pompinho Lev 2 package. And here it’s basically an ice park. There are some ice attractions, there are musical shows on the skating rink too. There are some food options. Speak up. For me, it’s quite cold, so I don’t know if it’s an attraction for those who really like the cold. For you, honey? It’s quite cold, but it gets colder up there in the mountain. Here it’s bearable. We came with thermal underwear , so it’s a bit of a hassle. As soon as we get here at the park, we go to a place to get these warm clothes. Then we get clothes, jackets, pants, boots, gloves, but they don’t offer much warmth. So you have to come here with thermal underwear, just like we did. Come with your own thermal clothing, thermal socks, thermal pants, thermal top, bring your own gloves, and a hat. And here you only get these, as they’re more waterproof than warm. And the gloves here also serve as a hand-filled snow mask, right? But if you forget them, it’s okay, because they also have a little shop, it’s just a little more expensive, right, than what you’d buy outside. So the ideal is to plan to bring Snowland from home, which is an ice park, folks, a park where you can enjoy the day as if you were in the snow. And look, I picked up some blocks here for you to see. Yes, it even looks like ice cubes when it’s in the freezer while it’s defrosting. It’s like this. We haven’t seen real snow yet, but they say it’s fluffier. Here it is , look. Like a little ice, like grated ice, right? It’s like real grated ice. But it’s really cold here. And it’s cool that there are several attractions, especially for kids or for rainy days in Gramada. It’s a really interesting attraction for you to come and enjoy. When we got to the park, we had to wait a bit at the entrance. But it went pretty quickly. Parking is paid separately and costs R$30 per day. [Music] [Music] And we just left Snowland. L. Guys, look, let me be honest with you. I thought it was a cool outing. It’s especially, as I said, on rainy days, there’s not much to do. So, your option is to opt for these outings, uh, in more enclosed places, like Snowland. Then I think it’s totally worth it. But for a sunny one, I think it’s better to go enjoy the parks, the nature outings. It’s more our style, but it really depends on your profile. Yeah, it’s a cool outing. Yeah, especially for those with kids. And guys, it’s a popsicle feeling. I felt like a popsicle. And there are times when we needed to get out of that area for a bit. So we went to the locker room area, where people have some benches there to change clothes. So we take turns, staying inside for a bit, then coming out, because it really is cold. Don’t underestimate the cold at Snowland; it really is cold. Bring thermal clothing, come warm, because it really is cold. And another tip, which is something we observed happening to us there, is, if you can, bring a portable charger, a power bank, something like that, because your phone tends to discharge a little faster in these lower and higher temperatures. It seems like there’s a supercooling effect on your phone. I don’t know what happens. My phone got really cold and discharged faster than normal. So, we had a charger, and it was enough to keep it running. But if you don’t have one, it’s not mandatory. Unless you’re someone who really likes recording, you ‘ll be spending a lot of time on your phone, so it’s a good idea to bring a charger so you can charge your phone and enjoy it for longer. And the parking here in Gramado has a blue zone, right, where you can park your car, and each day has its own operating rules. And the tip for you is the totem outside, there on the sidewalk, where you can go and pay for your parking, but it’s much more practical to download the app, look, Hackpay. Then you go here, add credit, and then choose how long you’ll stay. The maximum is 180. If you… because it’s 3 hours, right? If you go over that time, you have to buy again. And then you add it here. Since I already have credit, it’s gone, look. Now just relax. And it’s something very common here in Gramado, after the rain, on some days, look, that’s it here, fog. It’s famous fog. Some people up in Serra do Rio also call it “Russian fog.” I don’t know who knows it that way, but it’s fog. Still, it creates a nice atmosphere, a really nice atmosphere for you to enjoy the city. Visibility diminished a bit, but that’s no reason to stop enjoying it. And shortly after we returned to downtown, the rain returned. Even so, we walked around to enjoy the city’s charm a little more. We even tried going back to Praça das Etnias to buy the famous sausage bread. However, even in the rain and cold, the line was still huge. We stopped by the church thermometer, but the line for photos was unreal. We walked along the famous Walk of Fame. We got to know downtown a bit better and now we’re having lunch here at the Gramado steakhouse. Actually, we’re having lunch and dinner, right? It’s already after 4 p.m., right? And so we were looking for a place to have lunch. There are several very popular steakhouses here, right? But we like to check out other lesser-known places to see if they’re as good as they are. And we’re usually quite surprised here. We found the Gramado steakhouse on Prime Gourmet, and it was well-rated. Today is a holiday, and it’s actually quite quiet, maybe because it’s already 4 o’clock, right? Those who are going for lunch have already left, and those who are going for dinner haven’t arrived yet. So we caught it at the perfect time. What time is it open from 11? Okay, it’s open from 11 to 11. 11 to 23, right? And the all-you-can-eat buffet here costs R$180, but only with Prime. So instead of R$360, we only pay R$180, as if it were R$90 for each person. And there’s no need to make a reservation. You just come here and pay with QR code. After dinner, we stopped by Rio Piere to eat the famous iron-sealed pancake. We ordered the Nutella one, and it was delicious. It cost R$58 and arrived quickly. Our plans were to end the night right there, with that delicious pancake. But after returning to the hotel to rest, we had a little surprise. Well, guys, what are these? 12:30, what are we? Going for a walk around Gramado. No, we’re going to find a hospital where Gabriel has allergies, right, love? He’s hoping, having a bit of an allergic reaction right now at bedtime. And while researching, we discovered that there was a hospital that accepts some insurance plans, but even if you don’t have insurance, they can see you when you get there. So we’re going there to see why our insurance doesn’t accept it here. Then we’ll see if we can get treated there. So, let’s go. If we can do it, it’ll be another useful tip for anyone who’s sick, feeling unwell, or has any kind of issue of that nature. We’ll have a tip for you. And that’s what the streets of Gramado are like on Monday mornings, folks. Look, empty, empty, empty, empty. We found a pharmacy here so we could buy the medicine the doctor prescribed for Gabriel. And for anyone who wants a tip, yes, we went to the Arcanjo São Miguel Hospital. It took us about an hour. Well, it was a bit busy, right? It’s a holiday today, so there were a lot of people going there for checkups, but I think it’s a super useful tip. You never know when things might happen, you know, these things, someone might get sick, anyway. So, yeah, it was free. If you don’t have a health insurance plan, you can go there too. And empty, empty. Now we’re going to buy the medicine and head to the hotel to enjoy another day here tomorrow. Olí, this is how the pharmacy here works in the early hours . It’s just a little window. So you come here and buy what you want. [Music] Good morning, everyone. Hey, we woke up to another rainy day here in Gramado. So you’ll have another tip for when you’re here in the region and enjoy it even in the rain, because there are so many great things to do here. Today we’re going to a water park, and you’ll see when we get there. We’re really excited to go. And now we’re here at Aqualand, right? No, not really, it’s Aquamotion. It’s because it’s part of the same group as Snowland. That’s where I get confused. As you can see, we’re very stylish, right? Like Gabi said, in flip-flops here in the cold of Gramado. And today we came to see this park, which is the largest—they say it’s the largest indoor thermal park in the world. All the pools are heated, so we’ll take advantage of the non-stop rain downtown, right? And let’s check out the pools here in the park. [Music] We just rented a locker here, look. R$2.90 for the whole day. And we just found out that you actually have to bring everything, towels, everything. But since we flew in, we didn’t bring our own towels. So we’re going without towels. But the towels at the shop were R$70. [Music] [Music] Hey, guys, there’s a lookout point outside. It’s a bit of a thermal shock. It’s not heated at all in this part of the lookout point, but we can see that to get a view of the park, you can see some other pools that are also heated, but they’re not covered. And wow, it’s a real thermal shock, but it looks pretty big. We’re really excited to explore everything. So let’s go inside now that it’s freezing cold in here. [Music] Another tip for those who also want to enjoy these tours like this, look, with a pool, is to invest in a good swimsuit. So, look, all our clothes are from Hype; they ‘re really good quality. We always recommend them to you because they’re really good, comfortable, super fair prices, and you can even get a discount using our coupon. Jeans are already a great value, and with a discount, guys, it gets even better. And the temperature, guys, is really good. It’s not too cold, really cold, look. It’s not too hot. I thought it would be that kind of thing that burns your skin, but no. The temperature is so good, so pleasant. It makes you want to stay here all day, especially today when it’s really cold. Wow, it’s really good. It warms you up, and even here in this part where the pool isn’t covered, uh, it’s still quite warm. Because it was really good, really pleasant to stay here, and in the jet areas, you know, it gives you that whirlpool-like sensation on your back. Wow, really good, it was totally worth it. And here at Aquotão, there are seven or eight pools, and admission costs R$259. But the good news is that with Prime Gourmet, buying Prime there with our Achadins coupon, you can buy the park entrance here with the ” buy one, get two free” scheme, so instead of R$520, you only pay R$259, which is the equivalent of a single entry. After Aquotion, we went to our second accommodation in Gramado. But one important piece of information we forgot to mention about Boana Vita is that because it’s a little far from the center, it has free van transportation at specific times throughout the day. This second hotel we stayed at, Fiorese Primo, is super well located, right on Borde de Medeiros, which is Gramado’s main avenue. So, let’s go, let’s check out our second accommodation tip. Look, now we’re at Fiores Primo. As soon as we get to the room, there’s a bathroom. A very tidy, clean bathroom with a hairdryer. So, everything’s great. Look, the bathroom, a wider view for you guys. And right here we have the bedroom, look. A very spacious room for the two of us at Super Camona. The size of the bed is air-conditioned, which probably also works as a heater. And here, look, they left us some treats, look. I think it’s a cookie, it’s a chocolate. How delicious. Definitely. We’ll try it in a bit. TV zone. There’s a safe there, a really cool vanity for people who have to work. So, it fits nicely. Here’s a more open closet, a minibar. And here are our bags, you already know, right? You get a discount using our Achadans coupon. And coming here, look how cool, guys. Here’s a really great point: the location. It’s right on the edge of Medeiros. And look, there’s a balcony with a view of the riverbanks. Look at that, how cool. We’re definitely going to explore Gramado even more now, right, with this incredible location. The day is still rainy, but we still walk to enjoy the city. And here at the Fiores Hotel, look, coffee, chocolate, and muffins all day. And our dinner tonight is Italian. We came to dinner at the Taglarini restaurant, right, love? Yum. Cantina Tagarini. Hey, it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet, right? It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet. There’s a pasta station, grilled meats, soups, broths, salads. And we arrived a little before opening because we were already passing by. And since we’re taking the opportunity to check out several restaurants that are on Prime Gourmet, we saw that it was on and it had good reviews, so we decided to come here and check it out. We haven’t heard anyone talk about it yet, we don’t know if it’ll be good or not, but we’ll show it to you during our visit here, and it’ll open soon. And then at the reception, they let us stay here in this covered outdoor area while we wait for them to finish setting up the buffet, and we’ll go there to see it and show it to you, right? Yum. [Music] For those who’ve never seen it, look, the military brigade here in Lamado, look, they’re out there. [Music] On the 5th, after breakfast, we popped into Farropilha to see an incredible place and then onto Nova Petrópolis. But those are plans for a future video. After these visits, late in the afternoon, we returned to the lawn. We stopped by Vais chocolate shop to try it and really liked it. The milk chocolate is very tasty, and they make panettone year-round. Continuing our Chocotour, we went to one of the Caracol stores. And here, look, there are several chocolate shops like this, very themed. Then you go in, guys, it’s a world. Look how cute this one is. This one where we’re each col… We haven’t tried the chocolates yet, but we’re doing a tour here tasting, picking up a tiny bar from almost every chocolate shop and trying it. Some offer a tasting, and the ones that don’t, we do that. But look at this one. I thought it was cool. It’s themed. Look. [Music] But this is what the barel took there, if I like it and want to make it in Rio, how is it? This one is the easiest herb to make chimarrão today. My boss is simple. Yeah, he has a whole skill to make it The thing. Do you think it is? Wait a minute. We stopped here at a store. I wanted to know if they sold chimarrão. They don’t, they sell the gourd. But the guy said he’s going to make one for me. Oh, Gabriel, special, right? How’s it going to look here? And then he’s putting all these things in there. I don’t know what this will do, no. But this is it just to look good in the photo. My boss. I want to see if it’s more suicidal. What now? Come on, love. Wow, it’s delicious. Seriously? Seriously? Seriously, it’s delicious? It warms you up. It’s really good. Seriously. What does it taste like? I write. It reminds me of tea. It reminds me of strong green tea. A very strong green tea. But it’s delicious. For those who like green tea, it’s delicious. And it’s very, very hot. Yeah. It’s burning hot. I’m not even going to try it because I’m not a tea fan. No, not me, I’m not a fan, seriously. I’ll take it. Hey guys, and a fun fact here: this is a real tradition, like for friends to socialize, and like, everyone shares the same straw. The owner of the store even said it’s really no-nonsense, very different. Tell me in the comments, have you ever had chimarrom? Do you have any idea what it’s like? It was really new for us. Look at this, how different. I liked it. Gabriel is going to take it, right, love? I’ll take it. I’ll take it. You’re going to drink it in Rio, on the beach. They’re joking around here, telling us we’re going to drink it in the morning now that it’s winter. It’s going to be good, right? You put the yerba up to the neck, up to the neck of the gourd. Here you put the yerba, you’re going to put your hand here, look. Make a belly like this, look, and pour the yerba down. Once the yerba is down, shake it well. Yum. You’re going to take the bomba, you’re going to make a side wall. This is for fine yerba, okay? This yerba or another pure yerba, the leaf is quick, no need. You’re going to make a side wall, okay? You managed to secure all the yerba here, look. You’re going to start turning it back a little. You’re going to bring in the hot water and fill it slowly. When you’ve filled it, you’ll stop it, okay? Stop it, you’re going to let the yerba draw the water, you’re going to top it up again. Then you’re going to come with the straw, you’re going to put the straw on top, and you’re going to put the straw in the water. You’re never going to touch the straw again. Just drink, just drink. Great. Look, I stopped there at the Bertolute dega. I did the tasting, I’m taking my chimarrão kit. Look, I liked it. For those who like unsweetened tea, yes, you’ll like it. But we thought this store was really cool because they paid more attention, right? They did the tasting, because we weren’t familiar with it. They didn’t make any flavor, no. It was right there for me to try. Pretty cool, right? Very tasty. What did you buy? Show me. I bought what you need to make chim here: the straw, right? The bomba they call it. There are several models. I bought the first one where the yerba mate goes, right? And I bought the brick of yerba mate here too, right? I found it very tasty. It’s yerba mate, but it’s the green yerba mate we usually drink in the southeast, right, in Rio São Paulo. The roasted mate here isn’t green mate; chimarrão is made with it. But I found it very tasty. It reminds me a lot of green tea, very similar. [Music] Good morning, everyone. Hey, now Gabriel is switching from coffee to chimarrom, right, love? Yum. Much tastier. He switched, he changed teams. And the cool thing is that here at the hotel they have a little pantry, look, there’s hot water, there’s your own, there are several gourds there, look, for those who don’t have any. And there’s chimarrom powder to prepare. Since we bought it, Gabriel liked it so much that we’re taking it home, so we’re using ours. But it’s here for those who want to try it, not just visit. Finally, a sunny day in this place, folks. It’s beautiful, but with the sun it’s even more beautiful for us to see, appreciate, the beauty here. So, we’re going there, look, to the closet to get new coats and enjoy this day that’s just beginning. And the cool thing about this second hotel we’re staying at, the Fiores, is that it ‘s right on Borges, right? So, we’re just leaving the car there. We don’t even leave it here on Borges anymore and just walk. It’s a little walk, but it’s super pleasant for us to walk. It’s safe, uh, it’s very peaceful. So, we’re taking advantage and walking, which is even a way for us to discover other places, uh, new restaurants. It’s really cool. We love doing this when we travel. Just walk around. And this is where we find that famous McDonald’s with a different shape. Guys, McDonald’s has this very European theme so far. People usually come here a lot to take pictures and explore. We haven’t seen any unusual products yet. Later, we’ll stop by to see if there’s anything special. We walked around downtown Gramado a bit more to enjoy the sunshine. After that, we headed to AR Closet to refresh our look. Hey, and a cool thing for you to do here in Gramado is walk along Borges, because, man, it looks like a movie town, like something out of a movie. That’s the fun part , you just walk around; there are several free attractions here. There’s the Fountain of Love, the Crooked Street, and that’s what we’re going to do now and show you. But it’s already worth it, look, to take several cool photos for those who like it or just for those who like to really feel the energy of the place while walking. It’s very peaceful, very safe. And during the week, outside of peak season, it’s even quieter, with fewer people. So, perfect. We’re here walking. Today is a Sunday, after a holiday, and the city’s traffic has already died down a bit, making it quite pleasant to walk. Let’s go with us to explore a little of Gramado’s main street , Borg de Medeiros. The cars stop in the crosswalk for us to cross. And interestingly, at least for us here, it reminds me of an open-air shopping mall, right, honey? You walk along Borges. That’s it, folks. Lots of chocolate shops, famous traditional stores like Boticário, Renner, and also clothing stores—in short, a ton of stores. And then you walk here, both day and night. It’s very busy, so it’s great for those who want to shop or just take photos, as the architecture is really cool. And unlike Campos do Jordão and Monteverde, most of the chocolates we’re tasting here are good. Not all of them are premium chocolate, but they are good. The overall price compared to the quality of the disc. And there was one we tried that I thought was very good, but throughout the video we’ll rank it for you. At the end, we’ll share our final opinion. Like any good tourist spot, right? The reality of Rua Crooked is this: crowded. If it’s not raining, even at night, it’s like this. They say it’s quieter early, around 7 a.m., but we haven’t tested it yet, so try it when you come. And another tip for those who want to take a cool photo here on the famous Rua Crooked: go all the way up. Lots of people stop at the beginning, and there’s a concentration at the beginning and in the middle. Here, look, you can still take some cool photos. And here, almost no one down there. Did you see? It was packed up here. Very quiet. And this street here, the crooked street, that’s not its name, it’s Eugênio Street or some German name I couldn’t remember, I apologize, and I also wouldn’t be able to pronounce it if I had, but it was created in homage to Lombard Street in California, which was built this way to avoid the use of steps. This was just a tribute. It’s funny that we’re discovering places here in the South that pay homage to other places that have absolutely no cultural or historical connection to the present, but they still pay homage. And something important here in Gramado, in highly touristy areas in general, the Jordão Campus also had this. There are always those people, you know, who will say they’ll give you a gift. You’ll have to listen to a lecture lasting half an hour, an hour, three hours to get your gift. There’s a very beautiful garden behind here. You can go there to take a picture. The guy who was there when we went told you to go at the end of the day, because if you go during the day, there are only professional photographers. At the end of the day, you can take your own photo on your phone. But they were selling it there too. But here in Gramado, everyone was very respectful; no one was a helper. The only difference was at the resort we went to, where people were a pain in the ass trying to sell it. Not here. People offered it, and we said no, and everything went well, life went on. Yeah, there’s no problem with them selling it. If you’re interested in buying, what is that usually? A package, right, honey? Yes, for you, for those who explain it to those who want to travel, what is it like? They’re usually vacation clubs, right? You buy a share in a hotel, a vacation club, and then you can travel as the owner of that hotel, that hotel room, or you get some benefits. It really depends. Each club has its benefits, but generally, that’s it. They’re travel promotions, and so on. Yeah, yeah. So what happens? They call you to listen to one to present everything, this whole proposal, and then afterward, you usually get what? Dinner, lunch, for listening. If it’s of interest to you, great, you can go. But what do we understand? When you’re traveling, right, my friends, time is tight. You don’t want to waste one, two, three hours, you know, when you could see several tourist attractions just to listen to a lecture. So, it’s up to you. If you’re interested, you can go there, but be aware that it’s going to be a while, right? A number of hours just to listen to a lecture that sometimes you can go on the website and read in 10 minutes, right, honey? Yes. And it’s important to think carefully because they’ll sell you as if it were a bargain. I’m truly wonderful, but when you think carefully, you’ll pay more for the vacation club than if you paid for that trip on your own. Yeah, so it’s good to evaluate, right, do the math and see if it’s interesting for you. But here’s a heads up so that when you come, you already have this point of attention. When someone comes up to you and says, “Hi, do you want a gift? Would you like a gift?” Guys, it’s not a gift, okay? Well, you’ll have to listen to the lecture. And here at Praça das Etnias, uh, it’s another tourist spot, and it’s free, right, here walking along B de Medeiras. And it’s kind of a memorial, a tribute to Italian immigration here in Rio Grande do Sul, but specifically in the city of Gramado. Gramado was formed by several immigrants from different countries, and Italy was one of the main ones. It wasn’t the only one, but it was one of the main ones. I believe it was the strongest. That’s why this whole memorial here honors them. Here in this square is also the famous Concuringuiça snack bar, but it always has a long line, so we probably won’t go there right now, but we’re dying to try this bread too, which is very traditional here. And here, walking around the square, you’ll also find, look, several craft shops. It’s really cool, really pleasant here to come and explore, stroll around, look, and take pictures too. And over there, look, is the line for the pancolinguiça we mentioned, which is the settler’s house. They sell pancinguiça, which is very famous and traditional here. Oh, they also have grape juice, there’s cuca. So, it’s a cool stop, but try it. Earlier in the day, very early, during the week too, when we passed by one day, it was raining too, it was calm. But look, look how long the line is, folks. Look at this. There are several tour options here. There are these lines: Turno Vale, Ávila, Quadrilho, and Colonial Roots, which show you the whole history of Gramado and the region, right? We didn’t do it this time, but next time we come, right? Yeah, time is running out, and it was a little rainy. So, we prioritized some tours in more enclosed spaces. It was also our first time here in the city, and it will leave us wanting more so we can come back and see more of the things we saw. There’s still so much to see, right, love? Yum. And besides the police presence, we find several rare items walking around Gramado. This minibus here even has a black license plate. Pretty cool, right? A relic. So, what does this black plate mean? Black plate? A black plate is when the car is so old that it’s already a relic. It doesn’t even pay VAT. But to explain further, this means that the car is no longer considered a car. Now it’s a collector’s item, almost a museum piece. Then it becomes a black plate. Look how cool. Here we are in front of a perfume store. Then they tell you to press this here, put your nose here, and you’ll smell the perfume. Look how different. Wow, but it’s strong. But different, you know? You don’t even need to go into the store. You can already smell the perfume. Very different, delicious, a little strong. The cool thing is that the chocolate shops here in Gramado are also very themed. So it’s an experience just by walking in. It’s not just about buying chocolate, you see a whole theme. This one we’re at now is Floribal, and then there’s the Butterfly Garden. So it’s worth going in and learning more about it. This atmosphere they have here is really cool. It’s free, right? Our next stop here, Lago Negro, which is a very beautiful park. People come here to picnic, relax. We can’t have a picnic today, right, because it’s raining, but it’s still a very pleasant place. And the best part, folks, for those who haven’t been there yet, is that it’s a free attraction here in the region, right, honey? Yes, it’s a free attraction. And this place used to be called Vale do Bom Retiro. That lake didn’t exist. And then they completely renovated the area, built an artificial lake, and this lake is called Black Lake because the pine trees surrounding it were brought directly from the Black Forest in Germany. And it’s very pleasant to be here. I don’t know where it’s coming from, but yes, they’re playing a saxophone, so it’s a truly peaceful, tranquil environment. And we found here, even though it was raining, we found a little shade with some trees here. And it was perfect because it’s raining, but it’s not that heavy rain, and it’s really nice. There are also pedal boat rides here. Pedal boats. So a lot of people do it. It’s just that it’s raining, but even in the rain, people do it. So, really cool. It’s great that you come here for the afternoon. Wow, cool. It was already worth it. They have these totem poles all over the place, look, where you can get hot water and cold water, look. Yeah. Don’t turn them off, turn them off. Cool. I thought they only had them in the Etnisinas square, but they don’t. They have them all over the city. And there’s also space, look, for pets. There’s a container there for pets to drink water. Very cool, guys. And the cool thing is that right in front of the black logo, practically at the entrance, there are some little shops that sell hats, accessories, thermal tops. Worse than what I found, a beret. After trying on the beret so many times in the Air Closet, now I’m thinking about taking one. I really liked it. And the cool thing is that you can rent clothes, is that you can see yourself, right, wearing a rented outfit or a rented accessory, and then if you really like it, you go there and invest. I’m thinking about taking this one, look. After using the Air Closet beret for several days, I think I’ll take one from here. This one costs R$50, and we thought the price here was pretty fair, right? These pieces, this little shop here, it’s like a little stall. And another point of note is that the weather here is pretty stable. You saw that it was sunny, but it’s already changed, and it’s raining. So if you come to Gramado, regardless of the season, it’s important to bring a coat and an umbrella, because it might rain during your stay. For example, our trip is in June. Our research said June wasn’t a very common month for rain. But talking to locals, they said it’s unpredictable. June can rain a lot, and May also tends to rain. The safest months, if I’m not mistaken, were from October to February, right? That’s what they recommended to us. Yes, October to February, which are basically summer months, right? Yeah, so you’ll find the city with the least rain. But nothing is certain, folks. Here you can really find very rainy days, and they even say that in a single day you can experience several seasons: sun, rain, fog, which is what happened to us. But still, look, it doesn’t take away from the city’s attractions. It’s really cool. Right here in the park, you know, there are lots of people walking and enjoying themselves, even with umbrellas. And our lunch stop today will be following a recommendation. We were recommended a restaurant called Carneo, here in Gramado. They said it was really good. So here we are. It works like this. There are several dishes on the Alacart menu. And then you can choose the type of meat you want. We’re super curious to know if it’s really good. Because the smell in here, guys, is giving off something, you have no idea. And then the person who recommended it to us was Douglas from the studio where we took our photos, and then we found out he was also in what? Prime Gourmet. So it’ll be even better, because we’ll be able to choose two dishes and pay for just one at the end. And in Prime Gourmet, how does it work when there are two dishes? You pay for the higher price, and then you come out on top. After lunch, of course, we couldn’t miss dessert. And something that’s very common here in the late afternoon is the famous hot chocolate. We came to try a very famous one, the old witch’s, from the old witch’s house. It comes with, you can add whipped cream or marshmallows. And I went for the marshmallow, which I found quite different, trying it here with you. Is it hype or is it delicious? It’s very tasty. It’s very creamy. Not too much. I thought it would be much sweeter than it is because of the marshmallow, but no. Very tasty. Hmm, it looks pretty obvious. But if you’re not a huge fan of sweets, you can easily share, because the mug is quite large. And today our dinner will be themed with a touch of magic. Today we decided to have dinner here at Hctor Pizzaria, and it’s right in this world of magic with all-you-can-eat pizza. So we’re really excited to check it out and see what it’s like. We’ll show you a little bit of this experience here. [Music] So, you must be wondering how much this experience is worth, how much does it cost, Gabi? Guys, look, this experience here is R$299 per person, but with Prime Gourmet, you get a better deal. You pay R$99 for two people, because it’s that scheme you already know: you buy one all-you-can-eat and get the other one free. So, it’s totally worth it. Take advantage of it. If you don’t have Prime yet, take advantage of our coupon, because then it’s even better, since you already have a discount. [Music] Good morning. Today we’re taking advantage of the sun, right, to come here and explore the city. And we see here on this famous street, right, the street of plane trees, which is where people take pictures with those leaves. But there are no leaves because it’s not spring and it rained a lot. I mean, it’s not autumn, right? And it rained a lot. These leaves here, look, people love taking pictures and it looks really cool, very autumnal, right? And the tip is, if this street isn’t as pretty, the street of plane trees, take a look at this one, look. Demétrio Pedro Santos Street, which also has nice scenery and even has hydrangeas on the sides. In spring it must be really cool here. [Music] Finally, taking advantage of the sun coming out, right? We came here to Canela to visit Open Park. It’s very cold. On the coldest day, we decided to go down the sled to finally see this attraction, right, which is very famous here in the region. We’ve been to other places that had a train, but we didn’t think it was worth it. But the one here is really big and looks really cool. They’re really excited to try it. The train ride cost R$75 for the two of us. Park parking is R$20 all day. Unfortunately, the train ride isn’t on that cool discount app, right? There are other park activities that are, but the train wasn’t. They also have a pass here that costs R$146. You can ride most of the rides as many times as you want. But the other activities didn’t interest us. It was like a 4D movie theater, uh, a roller coaster, which is a relatively small roller coaster. So, we thought it would be better to just buy the train ride so we could check it out and ride around the park, you know, to see more. [Music] [Music] Now’s the time, right, love? Yeah, let’s go. Gabriel will control, and whoever controls will follow. And the time has come, folks, let’s get off the famous train. I’m feeling butterflies in my stomach. There are lines forming here to get off. And now it’s going slowly. Oh, oh. I promise I’ll go slowly. I’m scared. I’m scared. Oh my God. Don’t worry. You’re fine. Oh my God. Oh my God. I’m scared. I’m scared. Oh. I’m so scared. Attention. The following scenes are not recommended for the faint of heart. It’s okay. Go. Oh, oh, I am. scared. I’m fine, love. Calm down. What’s this? But it’s scary. Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know. It gives me an adrenaline rush. Jesus Christ. Oh my God. I’m almost stopping here. Stop it. Oh, it’s scary, Mu. It’s scary. Smile for the photo. For what photo? What? Oh, I’m so scared of these. Oh, oh, oh, oh. It’s so cold, my God. Send me sunshine. Oh my God. Send me more sunshine. Calm down. Oh, it’s so cold. It’s so… Oh, what a scandal. Oh my God, what a scandal? You’re going so fast. It doesn’t even look like I was on the 1km zipline. Oh, man, are you trying to kill me? I’m doing it. I’m slow. I’m slow. Okay, now it’s getting good. Now it’s getting better. It’s over, look. It’s over. It’s over. That’s it? That’s it. There, look. Now it’s over. I want to go again. I want to go again. I almost died there. What now? Now it’s going to get stuck there. It’s over. No, it’s not. It’s already over. I think. Oh, no, it’s not over. There’s one more floor from here. Oh my God. To heaven. The hands on the levers. Now it’s up to them, right? Mark us. Oh, look here, love. It’s over. Soon, soon. Guys, I’m even tearing up. It gives me a little emotion. But it’s nice for me. No, it didn’t. I stayed a little. It gives me a little rush, but it’s nice. It’s nice. It’s worth it. I think my hand is even creaming a little here. Look here, there’s a real tear in my eye. What’s up, my God? Look, but the climb is them pulling us, so we don’t do anything, we just relax here. It’s just that I’m afraid of these things with a lot of emotion. We’ve never been on the sled. I thought it would be even more adrenaline-pumping than it is. It’s very peaceful. [Music] And now, continuing our itinerary here in Canela, we arrive at the famous stone cathedral, which is actually the main church of Our Lady of Lourdes. And it’s not a cathedral, it’s just a main church, a Catholic church. And in 2010, it was elected one of the seven wonders of Brazil. In 2016, it received fifth place in the travelers’ choice of the best tourist spot in the Clip Vaiser. It really is very beautiful, unique. The candles here are electronic, without the need for coins, and the candle lights up. And here around the cathedral, there are various types of businesses. There are knitwear stores, wine cellars, several restaurants, coffee shops, chocolate shops. By the way, many of them have lawns too. And today our tour is for those who enjoy good wine, for those who enjoy grape juice like us, we’ll visit the Joimão winery. Hey, they have a tour with a visit so you can learn about the winemaking process, as well as the famous pizza. We’re going to stomp the grapes, guys, like they used to do, right? They made the wines. And we’re really excited about that tour too. Hey, today’s a beautiful day here, the visit is worth it just for the view, but this pizza experience is also really cool. So, come with us and see what it’s like. And ideally, you should come in spring, maybe, right? If you want to enjoy the view of the vineyards, which are all dry now. But even so, for me, the view is really beautiful, because right there in the background are the mountains. Today’s a beautiful day, so it’s already worth it for me. Yes. Raise the visor. I’ve been here for two hours and I almost fell. [Music] That’s it. Look at me, you can put your hand on my waist. You can open your arm too if you prefer. Perfect. Now show me you’re leaving. Go. Then when I leave, you move away. Go. Yeah, did you like stepping on us? Very different. Cold. It was freezing, but it’s cool, you know? Cool. The experience is definitely worth it. It’s freezing on your feet. I almost slipped several times, but it was a really cool experience. Afterwards, we’ll wash our feet here. The place where you said your feet there. Talk to Maurício. [Music] We don’t drink, but we really like grape juice, right? And since they have three types here, which is red grape juice, right? It’s red, white, and rosé. We’d never seen or tried rosé before. We tried it there and liked it. We’ve already secured the best here. It’s cool that they have this packaging here, especially for those flying, it’s really convenient for you to take it with you, and each person can take 5 liters, right, honey? Yeah, the guy said it’s 5 liters per person on the plane. So, let’s take it here, packed. Security will arrive in our city. We’ll have memories here from the south, right? Love? Lots of grape juice to drink. And for those who aren’t familiar with grape juice, sparkling wine , or even wine, they have a little shop here where you can taste and learn a little about their products. It’s really cool. And now, look, the experience is completely over, guys, it’s worth it, see? Awesome. I thought it was different. I’d never had the opportunity to make a grape pizza like this. So, I think it’s really cool, especially for wine lovers; you’ll really enjoy the experience. And for those who are curious to know how much this experience costs, the grape pizza experience costs R$109 per person, but it’s also part of the Gurmir prize, so it’s like that: you’ll pay R$109 for two. Since we really enjoyed the food at Carne Osso, we went back there for lunch after the grape pizza and tried the burger, which is also made on the grill, and it was delicious. We made a quick stop at Mirante Belvedere to enjoy the view. We really wanted to stay there for a while, but it was too cold, so we decided to head back to the hotel to rest a bit until dinner. Our dinner tonight will be themed again, but this time with a slightly different style. We’ll be dining here at Era do Fogo, which is a very different style of dining because it’s confusing and has a cave-like, cave-world theme. We’ll get to know the theme a little throughout the evening, and it’s another restaurant in the Héctor group. So we’re really excited to check it out and see what it’s like. Rodi, you can eat as much as you want, including sweet and savory options, and we’ll show you a little bit of this experience. And here at Ar do Fogo, if you want to come enjoy this experience too when you’re feeling well-heeled, it’s R$299 for two people at the gourmet menu. Yes, but signing up with our jeans coupon is much cheaper than contacting us at the establishment. And a tip: if you’re around Gramado or even Canela, stop by the church at night, because it’s all lit up and so beautiful for taking photos. The problem is this: minus temperature. Oh, it’s minus 2°C there than it is now. Minus 2°C, which is very cold. Especially for those coming in the winter, be prepared for this. And for those planning a trip to Gramado in June , in the winter, bring a warm coat. Right now, at night, our coldest day here is 2°C. It ‘s minus 3°C. Guys, it’s really cold. For us Cariocas, we ‘re feeling it a lot. And a cold, icy wind that blows right into our classrooms. It’s really cold. And here, when the temperatures drop significantly, the line is so long just to take a picture at the thermometer. Check this out, folks. We’ll try to find a thermometer without lines so we can give you a tip. Very cool. I was walking down the street, and I told Gabriel, “It’s getting warmer now, isn’t it?” He said to me. “Okay. No, guys, I’m serious. To face the cold. No, look at this. I wasn’t built for the cold. You look like this, you’re saying “Loga Carioca,” right? With all this cold. And for those who want to take a picture, a much emptier thermometer, look, right across from there is a motel called Vovó Carolina, there’s practically no empty line for you to take a picture of the thermometer. It’s right on the main avenue too, on Bos de Medeiro. So it’s very quiet to take that picture of the thermometer, which is usually packed right in front of the stone church. This one here is almost across from McDonald’s. [Music] from where there’s another thermometer here, which is on the river. Besides the one by the church and the other one by Vovó Carina, it’s here almost across from Héctor Ferrovia and Fior Centro, in front of this store here called Vida Ativa. [Music] Good morning, everyone. Oh, it’s freezing cold on the cars here in Gramado. For those wondering if it’s cold, today it feels like minus four. Guys, look at this. This one even gives you a better view. Look at this, pure ice. It’s really cold today. Really. Today we’re going to Canela to go on a trip that Gabi is super, super excited about, right, love? It’s one of the trips I was most excited about here in the Gramado/ Canela region, but we were waiting for the day to be this beautiful because it’s a trip that deserves it. We’re going to the foot of Caracol Waterfall, right, honey? Yeah, it’s the nature tour, right? So we have to go on a sunny day to get that cool vibe. So, we’re going to Voon’s house, which is a place in Canela, which is kind of a historic site and now also a restaurant. And the tour leaves from there. You buy the tour, they give you a bus ride through a private property, and then you go to this house, leave your car there, and take the agency’s own bus and go with them. So, let’s go, I’m super excited and I’m going to show you a little bit of the view there. [Music] We’ll get here at the house, you have to show up here and wait for your tour time. Ours is only 10:50, right? Let’s wait here. Hey guys, my name is Renan. I’m going to tell you quickly about the tour, briefly explain how we operate, and also tell you a little about why we left Voy Von’s house. After all, there’s a whole story behind it all. And what is a grandma’s house? It has to do with the Caracol waterfall, right? So here we bring you to the forefront of the family tree. Grandma Ivone’s great-grandparents were Guilherme Vaz and Bárbara Fleg. They were the first immigrants to arrive in this region. Oh, and Voivon, the last resident of this house here, was just the tour to the foot of the Caracol waterfall. It’s sold by Broker Turismo and cost R$ 188 per person. Unfortunately, it’s not available on Prime Gourmet at the time of publishing this video. There are several options throughout the day, but spots fill up very quickly during peak season. If you’re determined to take this tour, secure your ticket now at one of the Brocker locations scattered around the lawn. But be aware of the weather. On bad weather days, the tour won’t even take place, as the park is closed due to natural hazards, such as waterspouts and lightning. The region is home to some wild animals, so we’re all responsible and aware of the risks before the tour. But the animals of the Atlantic Ocean also do this. A monkey howled because of the pine nut bite. We take a light, steep trail until we reach the foot of the waterfall . And for now, folks, it’s okay. Yes, it’s just cold, but the trail’s difficult. It’s okay. They said we might encounter some animals here. We’ll see, right? Spiders, that sort of thing. Let’s see. I hope not. We’re here in line for the swing, and I can’t go in to film Gabi. The manager over there is filming. We’re here in line for the swing. Gabi is going to do it for you. I can’t go in because I have to film. I have to film from behind the rope. She doesn’t come with a raincoat, right? Because she prioritizes photos, but I don’t prioritize videos. I’m here with my raincoat, just fine. And you can’t go in to take the shot. The park employee does it there. He’s really good there. He knows all the angles, he can spin. He does it even better than I could. Shooting with them there. Go out. Look, the expert already spins, does everything. Cool. Wet. Cool and wet. Who comes with a surfer’s thermal suit, right? It has to be, it has to be, it has to be. Don’t worry. If you’re coming here as a surfer, you’ll want it. Calm down? Exploring the guy over there to make several steaks. The tour at the foot of the waterfall was a very beautiful tour, perhaps the most beautiful we did in the region, but we missed some time to admire the beauty of the place. The tour time is reasonably good for taking photos at the viewpoint and on the infinity swing, as the employees manage the lines well. For safety reasons, the tour guide is the one who records the video. No one else is allowed into the swing area just to film. Only the guides and the swingers are allowed. The tour location is well away from the grass and a bit away from the canyon. We don’t use ride-hailing apps in the area, but we think it’s a good idea to arrange a pickup with a driver. One important point is that, in our opinion, the tour is worth it if, and only if, it’s a clear, sunny day. Cloudy or rainy days aren’t worth going there. Also, be aware that the tour is practically a one-day trip. A photo tour. There’s no time for contemplation and appreciation of the park. Now, we just had our final meal here in the Lamar do Canel area. We see here at the carroç wheel, which is also a meat buffet, very similar to the other one we showed. And we really liked it overall; we really liked all the restaurants here. This one is for 180 people, but it’s also in dormitories. So, you sign up with our “chados” coupon, and it’s for just one person, right? Plus the service. For those who want to take home a souvenir, look, here at the first one there’s also a chocolate promotion. Here at the Gramado chocolate shop, which we tried and liked, you buy eight, get eight free. And now, our last outing here in Gramada. We’re enjoying it every last second. Our last stop was here, look, at Lej Jardã. Hey, this is a park, folks, it’s just so beautiful. So, come with more time, if you can, but not as fast as we did. And admission costs R$30. So, come with us and explore. [Music] [Music]
I think Lei Jardão is really cool. But unfortunately, we’re short on time, right? It’s almost closing time. I’ll come back for the day to enjoy the gardens more, which are all very well laid out, very pretty. And we even asked for some information; actually, Lej Jardã Park is a lavender park, right, love? Lavender. So, we asked for information about when the lavender blooms the most. And he said it ‘s usually in September. So, if you’re here at that time, that’s a good time too, because it’ll be even more beautiful, but today is already amazing, and I think it’ll be even more beautiful if you can come on a sunny day, but you saw it earlier because the sun reflects off the plants here. Anyway, the colors are even more vibrant, it’ll be even more incredible. Around noon, between noon and 2 a.m., it should be even more beautiful. But it’s already beautiful, guys. Look at this. View. So beautiful. Look, seriously, what a beautiful place. [Music] There’s also SC for those who want to have lunch, something to eat. But it’s closed now. If I’m not mistaken, it closes at 4 p.m. [Music] [Music] Now we’re here at Lake R., right next to Quintan, that perfect restaurant we showed you. It’s another free event here in the city of Gramado. And we’ve reached the end of another travel destination with this beautiful scenery here in the background. I hope you really enjoyed following along with us these days, that you picked up all the tips and that you put them into practice when you come here. Yeah, keep following because you already know, right? There are more trips coming soon. Kisses and see you next time. And of course, we couldn’t help but give you our verdict on the chocolate. Everything we ate in town was delicious, and we thought it was worth it. But Gabi liked the most about the para ver, and Gabriel liked the va. Yeah.

Tem que fazer reserva antes no prime gourmet, vejo muita gente dizendo que não compensa pois cara de mau, garfo e bombacha é outros lugares nunca têm vaga.?
Como é a estrada de Gramado para Farroupilha? Muito sinuosa? Muitas serras altas? É perigosa para dirigir?
👏👏👏👏
Me surpreendeu foram os 👍. Achei poucos registrados, pois assisti alguns vídeos, inclusive de casal apresentando, e este foi dos mais interessantes. Valeu! ❤
Ótimo video!!! Tirou várias duvidas! 😊
