hello guys and welcome to another Sri Lanka video 
So today we’re going to drive with the tuk tuk through the Yala National Park and we’re going 
to show you in this video where you can stay if you’re visiting the Yala National Park So let’s go
Actually you cannot drive with the tuk tuk into the national park but we’re around the 
national park And yesterday we spotted a   Leo Park just here outside of the national 
park That’s why we’re a bit afraid now to drive with the tuk tuk Um do you want to see it
so we want to see the Leo Park but we also don’t because we’re in a tuk tuk right we want to see
So this video should actually be about a place to stay in the Yala National Park But our 
plan changed a bit So stay tuned and look forward to show you why it changed and why it 
surprised us even more with the next location Sal why is he calling us what 
do they eat who do they eat uh the crocodiles What do they eat
so guys we are really not complicated And uh yeah we don’t need luxury But the problem is a bit

Uba Hut It was so wonderful The food is delicious The staff is amazing The place and 
location outstanding So we really   enjoyed our stay Highly recommend this 
place And now we’re heading to another place here near Yala National Park Something 
different not that luxurious but I’m excited for that as well So don’t forget to give us

so a different experience It’s more echo It’s from Back of Beyond here in Yala And it’s a 
different experience for sure And I’m also excited for that So the contrast is all So 
let’s go The wind is so nice in this tuk tuk But the flying hairs are not so nice Don’t 
drive too fast There are monkeys everywhere   I don’t see monkeys By the way driving this way 
outside is not too fun with in this national park especially with this luggage here Hey 
we got some wildlife over here Some cows No Oh what do they have
touch The way here to another amp is getting a bit hard It’s
like driving on the beach And I don’t know if anybody came with a tuk yet  I hope it’s not getting more sun because then 
we get stuck with the tuk tuk It’s pretty wild And don’t forget here also wildlife So 
Oh yeah Cross the streets anytime Whoa We made it And here it’s nobody But uh 
electric I don’t know if it’s electric You want to test it out
it looks like electric  Oh I saw someone there I’m
because of the elephants You’re going to see our 
luggage and he will be Oh no Everyone who sees our luggage is like 
“Oh no.” So this is the camp entrance No shadow parking

and the fans are electrical but just from what did you say 6:30
6:30 to 5:00 in the morning because of elephants and buffaloos So we’re pretty in the nature Look

Okay So here is our little tent Look at this This is a little fridge which is amazing to keep 
things cool and the bed here You can just see the dunes This one madam hot water This one cold
Normal water Okay perfect So here we got the water that 
we can drink And then this water we cannot drink This is the toilet I’m happy that 
it’s inside because outside would be not so relaxing And here are two other beds and the 
outdoor shower over here So this is a cute tent It’s yeah kind of lovich and it’s very echo right 
So this is how you can stay here if your budget is a little bit lower but you want to see the Yala 
National Park But the prices for the Yala National Park for the safari are obviously not that low 
which actually also here we saw the prices They are like for a half a day um around like $150 
and for a full day like $250 something like that Yes But it’s definitely worth it So if you’re 
here you should do a safari because it’s unique   and it’s amazing We did two already So I think 
we’re going to skip that and just relax a bit here uh in this cute tent And also in the tent 
itself you don’t have connection no Wi-Fi Only by the kitchen um and the restaurant 
like restaurant area you got the connection So perfect place to detox Oh yeah
We have to download Netflix tonight and some detox guys for us So yeah I’m excited to 
check out the dune later as well And yeah you can also do a bird watching safari
Not for me We We’re more the fans of crocodiles and their parts
I want the crazy stuff not We want the crazy stuff You’re almost winding away It’s
bit windy here [Music] So I’m trying to close the tent 
but um I feel like it’s not working Yeah it’s probably not going to close tonight 
So we just hope we will stay alone in this tent So this morning we just ate some truffle 
eggs and now we are here in this tent that we cannot close So that’s really
adventurous Adventurous Would you comment down below would you sleep in a tent in the 
middle of the safari no we’re not really in the safari but yeah elephants and just some 
elephants and cows can come here Some balls and balls So guys we are really not complicated 
and uh yeah we don’t need luxury but the problem is a bit I show you that we cannot close here down 
below So as I have a little bit of a snake phobia and here are probably some some stuff around here 
No Saskia also wants that we have a tent that we can close So we’re going to ask if they have 
another tent Also you know we are here in the wilderness We have no Wi-Fi We need Wi-Fi to work 
And um you have no number from nobody So that’s a bit strange So if something would happen no one is 
here and I feel like the only person here So we’re going to ask him if he have another tent which we 
can really close If not um we’re probably going to head towards Maraicia Marisa to the beach We 
are on the way now again with a tuk tuk And look at this incredible view Rice fields all over Oh 
beautiful on both sides It’s incredible Look at it So so nice for the eye to see something green And 
yeah guys so we are on the way again Um we decided to drive a little bit further The whole thing was 
actually pretty nice and we also saw that they   have uh some other tanks uh which were a little 
bit more in the in the shadow of the wind and also you could close them So they looked very nice 
But our problem is that we are like a little bit how do you say we need the internet to work and 
everything to edit the videos for you guys So we decided to leave and already move on Uh so we also 
don’t need to drive that long the next days So yes but now we’re excited because look at 
this view And we are on the way now to the   beach side of Sri Lanka as I’m excited to see 
how the ultra life is over here And yeah look at this It’s incredible It’s so beautiful Yeah 
What’s happening here all the cows Oh baby cow And the big alpha cow behind everyone here I think 
the Buddhist and the Hinduist I mean the Hinduist they really don’t eat cow but the Buddhist also 
not that much I feel So that’s why here are also a lot of wild cows and yeah they don’t have to be 
scared to get eaten here or you just have to be scared of crocodile especially if you’re a baby 
go so you will probably get eaten By the way we are on the way again with Tuk Touk Rentals Monkey

a little bit less traffic than in the north and also more rice fields so far I mean from what

Let go So yeah that’s the name Sakura Cherry Blossom Cabana If you stay here you’re going 
to see crocodiles for sure Sometimes buffalo sometimes elephants Uh pretty wild place to 
stay and the owners are amazing Sri Lanka is amazing Guys we’re seeing some elephant poop 
on the street here So there are probably some elephants over here
probably  also Yeah Why did we ever like why did we do 
the safari we can do it here by ourselves Maybe not the safest but so cool So sadly we are here 
on a very good road Look at this The roads here are so good So we are now on the way here Tangal 
There we’re going to stay for one night probably in a place I searched it up and I’m going to 
show you later why it’s very famous for it Pulling the cow

place looks remote like very local also So it’s also the low beach option
I want to say so because of the crocodile We’re sleeping but with the crocodiles

night to lead their eggs So maybe we’re going to see baby turtles as well So this beach is

Oh my god guys This is so incredible I going to search or I going to show you the name 
of this beach It’s one of the most famous here in Sri Lanka and the only one in Sri Lanka 
that has a turtle sanctuary So I’m going to should definitely not miss that
And come around 5:00 p.m in the evening But not every season
When are the seasons  now it’s end of May It’s still a good 
I kind of search for you guys and let you know everything about this place
So crazy how this video turned out Uh didn’t expect that But that’s the 
beauty of traveling right you never   know what each day is going to give you
The name of the beach is called Reava Beach here in Sri Lanka And here during the 
peak season that’s between April and the end of July there are 5 to 15 turtles who will come 
in the night to nest their eggs and come around 5:00 in the evening because at that time the 
baby turtles will come out um and go with the sunset I would say So now it’s m end of May Of 
course you cannot always see the churches If you want to see the curtles coming out to lay their 
eggs it’s in the evening around 8:00 um and the whole night also until 3:00 in the morning But if 
you come in the night don’t come by yourself Come with a guy or with the sanctuary because they 
have special red lights that you don’t disturb   the turtle So it was a wonderful experience I 
highly recommend it It’s one of the best I had here in Sri Lanka for sure [Music] [Applause]
