The site was built in May 1951 by the Northeast Military Region Engineering Corps. It is more than 600 meters long. There are 36 existing bridge piers with a mixed wood and stone structure. It was listed in June 2008. It is a provincial cultural relic protection unit in Liaoning. Due to long-term scouring by river water and natural erosion, the bridge end has rotted and collapsed.
