【女川編】漁船直送!世界一の天然冷凍ミナミマグロ!#マグロ船 #海鮮
A new fishing vessel : Myojin maru no.3 The previous Myojin Maru No. 3 was damaged in the Great East Japan Earthquake. However, it was revived as the “Miracle Ship.” The owner of the ship is Suzukoh Gyogyo from Onagawa. They own three longline tuna fishing vessels, Myojin Maru. Today I’m in Onagawa The inauguration ceremony for Myojin Maru No. 3 is scheduled to take place. Local people will gather to celebrate the new ship. A celebration held in Onagawa. A local dance called “ShiShimai” performed to pray for a bountiful catch and maritime safety. Throwing rice cakes symbolizes sharing good luck and prosperity with the local people. It is believed that by picking up the rice cakes, safety and prosperity will come in the year ahead. On this day, 1,500 rice cakes were thrown. Afterwards, the local people toured the inside of the ship. There is a restaurant in Onagawa with the same name as the ship, Myojin Maru. At this restaurant, tuna caught by Myojin Maru is used in the dishes. They offer wild-caught Southern Bluefin tuna to the people of Onagawa and visiting tourists at the most affordable prices possible. The aim is to help people discover the appeal of tuna. Hello! This restaurant is run directly by the owner of fishing vessel, and since the tuna is delivered straight from the fishing vessel, I’m really looking forward to trying it. High-quality tuna, freshly landed, is delivered directly to the restaurant, ensuring exceptional freshness. All of this is Southern Bluefin tuna. The fat of Southern Bluefin tuna is absolutely top-notch. It is carefully selected on the vessel before being transported. Especially on holiday weekends like today, customers come all the way from Sendai. “HARAKAMI” The belly portion near the head of the tuna, It’s the part with the most fat “We asked the customers for their feedback.” “It was delicious!” delicious! I love tuna so much that it’s the only thing I want to eat It’s fresh delicious! delicious! My child often eats it in sushi. This toro is especially delicious. I love it!
