Kagawa trip. Start from the car in the morning. A huge sand painting spreads out before your eyes. A waterfall at the end of a walk along the river where even the sound is cool. 785 stone steps. Take a breath and continue walking. Take a break in the tranquil garden. Taste Kagawa’s local gourmet food. RV Park Sun Resort Nio: Nio-cho, Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture. This time, we took a relaxing trip in Kagawa Prefecture by sleeping in the car. A spectacular observation deck overlooking the Zenigata sand painting. Ayu-gaeri waterfall that feels cool. And the famous Kotohira Shrine. In addition, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and local gourmet food of Ritsurin Garden. A free and comfortable trip that can only be achieved by sleeping in the car. Please enjoy it until the end. First, we went to eat breakfast. There are a lot of cars parked. The morning time service is until 10 o’clock. Kake udon is 230 yen. Cheap! We still have time. The light sardine broth and chewy noodles were very delicious. After breakfast, we head to a famous tourist spot. Did you catch a petal? I did catch one… I’ll use this petal as a bookmark. Beautiful! Oh, I can see it! It’s amazing, that. It’s big. It’s amazing how they can maintain it so beautifully. We climbed quite a bit. Denny is waiting for us, so we have to go. Our next destination is our favorite waterfall. It says that long ago, the waterfall was so powerful that the sweetfish couldn’t go any further. Is that why it’s called Ayu-gaeri? This is the first time I’ve ever taken a mountain path like this to go to a waterfall? We always go up stairs or something. Maybe this gravel road isn’t here yet. I don’t hear the sound of water. The river is there though. I can hear the sound. Nice, it doesn’t feel like I’m going along this river. Plus, it’s nice that the road is flat. It’s a cute waterfall. It’s not quite wow! It’s not that big. You know? I like this unexplored feeling. It feels like it’s at the end of the road. Can I go to the other side? Yes. Oh! Nice. It said it was cool at the entrance, but it was lukewarm. It wasn’t cold. The water was so beautiful! It was so clear. It was small, but it had a hidden feeling, and it was a gentle and soothing space. We headed to Konpira-san, a must-see tourist spot in Kagawa. It’s starting to feel a bit like a tourist spot. Kotohira, affectionately known as “Konpira-san”. There are 1,368 steps from the approach to the inner shrine, but we drove halfway and took a shortcut. We can’t lose in a place like this. We took a lot of shortcuts. That’s right, even if you use cheat techniques, it’s dangerous if you’re panting like this. Maybe it’s over there? Maybe. You can get out from a side street like this. We came from this side street. How many steps are there? About 200-300 steps. We arrived! We will visit the main shrine and turn back here. The view is nice. You can see Omusubiyama. It says “anko”. It says it’s open. We’re tired after a lot of exercise, so came here to get some sugar. I think there are two other shops, a udon shop and a bean paste shop. It looks good, it’s like an old house. White miso with bean paste inside the rice cake. Let’s eat. It’s a local dish with a rare combination of miso and bean paste. Isn’t it sweet? It’s sweet and delicious. When you eat the bean paste inside, it feels sweet and salty. The weather is getting worse, but heading to the last tourist spot of the day. Which route should we take? It’s the size of 3.5 Tokyo Domes, so it’s quite large. There are a lot of carp gathering. If I take a picture from this side, the apartment building will be reflected… Is this carp gold? Isn’t it gold? Brown? It just looks gold? It looks gold. I’ve never seen a carp this color before. Its tail was very gold. It’s rare. It’s gold. Isn’t it amazing? I think it’s the first time I’ve seen it. The view is nice. I wonder how long that boat takes. There are more golden carp. We took a leisurely stroll around the vast grounds. For dinner, we ate local cuisine at a popular restaurant that had a line of people waiting to get in. It looked delicious! The lighting was really nice. The fat was accumulating in the cavity. It was super spicy! It hit me hard. Beer is a must. It was the best. The skin was crispy. It was completely different! The texture was different. I thought the adult chicken had more fat, and the chick had more fat. It was so different. We were able to compare the taste of the adult chicken and the chick, and enjoyed the different flavors of both.
