イランでのトロフィーハンティング 5. レッドラム [4K]

This is exactly what people mean when they talk about
artificial intelligence. Write a content plan , a news piece, or a simple post , a greeting or a script. Create an image or visual on a particular topic, or
make a similar one… all without worrying about copyright issues. Find information on the internet in order to create an
analytical piece or an interesting article. You can just as easily dictate the text… or take a
photo of it. This is simply a new way of working with information. Pushkin is always at your fingertips. Red rams are everywhere here. We were lucky and received one license. At altitude of three thousand meters Are you tired? No, not tired at all. High mountains always take your breath away. The situation is intriguing. The distance is very large. It stands there, looking at us. Come on! that does n’t happen in real life. In the previous film, Sergey Mazurkevich hunted the
Isfahan ram in Iran. He simply was n’t able to get this trophy a year ago… But this time, everything worked out well. We ‘ll shoot at 800 meters. At the biggest ram. The distance to the target was approximately 886
meters… However, they could not secure the trophy with the
first shot Blood! It was a nerve-wracking moment. The wounded animal almost got away. An experienced hunter was shooting at a moving target. Trophy Hunting in Iran. Film Five. The Red Ram. More than 50 % of Iran’s entire territory is covered
by impressive mountain ranges. They influence the climate and the ecosystem, gradually
creating a wide range of diverse natural conditions… for life. These rugged mountains and arid landscapes have become
home to several different subspecies of wild sheep. Each of them has its own unique features. There are many trophies in Iran. In the Elburz region there is the red sheep, the Transcaspian urial and the Armenian sheep. Next, if we move further down the map to the south, we
find the Kerman sheep, the Isfahan sheep and the Arak sheep. Going even further south toward Shiraz, there is the
Shiraz mouflon, the Larestan mouflon, and on the border with Afghanistan, the Afghan urial. After the red sheep, the team heads north in Iran, on
their journey to the valley of the Alborz mountain range. The journey from Yazd Province, where the Isfahan sheep
was taken, to the habitat of the Red sheep is about 1,000 kilometers and will pass through the ancient city
of Isfahan. Welcome to Isfahan! Isfahan is the main tourist center of Iran. It is one of the most beautiful and culturally
significant cities. The Persians called the city ‘Nesf-e-Jahan,’ which
means ‘half the world’. In the 16th century, Isfahan was the capital of Persia. During this time, numerous palaces, mosques, and other
architectural masterpieces were built, many of which have survived to this day. The city is renowned for its craftsmen. Unique carpets, copperware, jewelry, and other handmade
items are produced here. Isfahan is the third largest city in Iran, with a
population of over 2 million people. Inspired by the beauty of Persian architecture the
travelers continued their journey to the north of Iran. One of the particularities of hunting in Iran is the
logistics. Sometimes you have to travel by car for up to 10 hours . I should also mention that throughout the entire route
there is always 4G connection on your phone, and the internet is stable. In the meantime, you can simply relax and enjoy the
Iranian night… The next stop is Mehdishahr. This small town is surrounded by several peaks over
3,000 meters high. It is in these mountains that the guides plan to hunt
the red sheep. After ten long hours of driving by car we’re already
in a completely different and unfamiliar habitat, where the ‘red ram’ lives. Now we ‘ll have a nice, enjoyable dinner together… then
we ‘ll rest… and tomorrow, as you know, is the very first day of the hunt. Welcome. Thank you! Sergey, I am really, truly, so very glad that you
managed to get a good Isfahan ram trophy… Tomorrow at 6:00 a.m., let ‘s have breakfast together,
and then at 6:30 we ‘ll head out for the hunt. Sounds wonderful. Israfel is a legendary figure in the world of mountain
hunting in Iran. Today, he will be our trusted guide… and our driver. For us, this is truly a great and deeply meaningful
honor and, on his part, a very significant and heartfelt sign of respect and appreciation. We are approaching the Alborz mountain range. Right now, we are at an altitude of 1,588 meters above
sea level. The Alborz is a mountain chain located in the north of
Iran. It stretches for 900 kilometers along the southern
coast of the Caspian Sea. In ancient Persian, the word ‘Alborz’ which translates
to ‘high mountain’. The highest peak is the extinct volcano Damavand, which
stands at 5,671 meters. This is one of the highest points in the Middle East. Red rams are absolutely everywhere here all around. We ‘ll start scouting in the morning. After leaving the vehicles, the rangers suggested we
take a look around. On one of the nearby slopes, a group of sheep was
grazing, having come out for their morning feed. The red sheep, also known as the Alborz sheep, is a
hybrid of the Armenian mouflon and the Transcaspian urial. This species has a characteristic reddish tint to its
coat. This coloring helps them blend in with their
surroundings. Red sheep are agile and hardy animals, adapted to
living in a variety of conditions, from hot, arid deserts to cold mountainous regions… and are able to move easily across rocky slopes and
find food even in sparse vegetation. Here ‘s what happens: in neutral territory, two species
of animals begin to interbreed, and as a result, a new species appears the one we ‘re hunting today. 5 years. Two rams. Yes, five to six years max. So, one ram is five years old, and the other one is
also indeed quite young… Sergey, please check the distance, what ’s the range? 1,300 meters. It ‘s still just morning and the sun is about to come
out, maybe they ‘re still hiding behind those rocks and will start coming out soon. We won’t shoot from here, we ‘ll get closer. Maybe we should just wait for a bit, and not go
anywhere… Then get 300 meters closer and reach 999 meters. And afterwards, at 4:00 PM, we go on an excursion. Where would you like to go? Tehran. Well, this is a really great plan… As we’re climbing up the mountain … There ’ s
nothing else to comment on for now. We ‘re not going to say we ‘re climbing a mountain,
right? It ‘s obvious we came here to hike in the mountains. We ‘ve walked 2.5 kilometers. Sergey calculated that it’s about 72 floors. When Sergey asked me to go to translate, I agreed. It
sounded interesting. Then he told me to work out my legs. Just go up to the office and then down from the office
entirely on foot… And our office is on the 14th floor. It definitely helped. It ‘s beautiful here, but every mountain range is
beautiful in its own way. We ‘re from the Urals. But in the Urals, the mountains are n’t very high. In English, there is the word ‘Old’. In German, it’s ‘Alt’. And ‘Uralt’ actually means ‘very old’. That ‘s why ‘Ural’ refers to very old mountains,
specifically the flat ones. That ‘s also why tall mountains always take your breath
away… This slope has now been completely taken over by
ibexes… which means you definitely won’t find any sheep here. Any trophy? On the other, more distant slope, we saw two groups of
ibexes, a female with her kids… There were no sheep to be seen. I saw a ram somewhere… just a moment ago, but now I can
no longer see it. The hunters decide to wait… quietly and patiently. Throughout all times, mountains have inspired both
hunters and poets. These stones in the dust beneath our feet were once
the pupils of enchanting eyes. ” Indeed, yes… what absolutely extraordinary lines these
are… ‘Omar Khayyam’. But let ‘s talk about that later, if we have time. Because right now, we need to keep quiet. Trophy hunting, nature… Sergey, you know, he ‘ll do it
for us just like that. Half an hour later, they managed to spot the rams, …
but now on another slope. We have two males and four females. The ram is no older than 5 years. You see, there ‘s another group… right over there, just
behind those thick bushes. We had to carefully climb up into the rugged mountains
in order to get a breathtaking view from above… In general, sheep prefer not to graze on steep slopes, but instead choose hilly terrain that is more gentle and comfortable for them. We’ve just looked around and now we’ll head down
to where the gentle slopes aren’t quite as steep. Right now, we just need to accept the situation as it
is, for now, and gather our strength to keep moving forward. It ‘s not easy to walk here. We’re climbing up, going down, walking across plains. So it ‘s important to prepare yourself for a lot of
walking. We ‘ve stretched our legs. Now, first, we need to get over to the cars, then drive
to another area, carefully find some rams there, shoot one, and finally head off to dinner… And here, for Red Rams, they have n’t issued licenses
for eight years? They ‘ve never given it out before. This is the first time, the first year. So why are n’t there any rams? When it snows and gets cold, there are fewer rams here . Let ‘s head to another place where we can definitely
find them. Searching for rams is both fascinating and
energy-consuming. We ‘re getting ready for lunch. We have fruits, and products from the Caspian region,
such as, for example, various cutlets and fresh herbs . Let ‘s have a quick lunch and then move forward toward
our goal. Coca-Cola isn’ t healthy… Persimmon. The hunters continue their careful search, moving
forward… But there are no adult males in the groups they ‘ve
found. It ‘s truly, without a doubt, wrong to shoot a young
ram. In the ‘Mountain Hunters Club,’ it wo n’t be counted. According to the rules established two years ago, only a male that has reached seven years of age is considered a trophy. The day is drawing to a close. We need to hurry right now to catch the animals during
their evening feeding. The guides suggest checking one more spot. We are still waiting for a right target. There are many different groups here, but the males are all no older than 5 years old. Now, let ‘s see what happens next … In the first area, we saw four or five different groups
of animals. In the second area, we saw a similar number as well… But there were no trophy specimens to be found. All of them were around 5 years old. There ‘s absolutely no one here… The team ultimately decides to stop searching… planning to try their luck again tomorrow. Mountains symbolize power. Right now, we are not far from Tehran, the capital of
Iran. Looking at these magnificent mountains, we continue to
learn and grow… We are, after all, students of life. We continue to study wildlife and ways to preserve it. And everything else really does n’t matter at all. Tomorrow at 6:00 am we get up, right If you want to leave earlier, no problem… Breakfast is at 5:30, and we head out at 6:00. Yes, let ‘s definitely do that. Because in the early morning, there ‘s usually no wind… So we won’t have to get too close to the sheep at all. That way, we’ll have a much better chance of success. The morning started with good news. Yesterday, a group of adult Red Rams was spotted in the
mountains. They were discovered by the local ranger Ali, who is
joining the team of hunters. Nice, right? Yes, big. Yes, a good one… Trophy ram. This one is big… Very large. Ali is a local gamekeeper, and he knows all the places
here very well… where you can find sheep. Today he will be with you in the mountains, and I hope
that you manage to get an excellent trophy. Second day of the hunt… I ’ m really enjoying it even
more today. This is authentic hunting now, being out here on foot. The bright sun has melted the snow, and in some places
it has become so dense that even your foot doesn’t sink in. This makes our journey a bit easier. Yesterday, Ali happened to spot a group of six large,
impressive, majestic rams right here… We are currently searching right now. The air is perfectly clear, and the binoculars measure
the distance at 2,500 meters. Misha, you ‘re placing your foot incorrectly… You
really need to put your whole foot carefully on the surface You ’ re starting to feel your way, you know… Don ’ t
do that. Okay, got it… Do n’t feel your way. You ‘ll get tired that way, in the end, and it ‘s not
right. It ’ s now 9 a.m. In two and a half hours, we ’ ve climbed 1,000 meters
up. Right now, we ’ re at an altitude of 3,000 meters. Are you tired? No, I ‘m not tired at all. At an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level, a
person inhales 30 % less oxygen than usual. This can cause altitude sickness in people who are not
properly acclimatized to high altitudes. I have enough energy, but it feels like my lungs are
truly letting me down. I don ’ t feel tired in my legs at all, but my lungs
are really struggling… A hood always protects you from the wind at this
altitude, especially when you ’ re sweating. The cold, persistent wind blows everywhere – into your
ears, onto your neck. But a hood protects you from all of this, and your body
does n’t overheat. There ’ s a group of rangers over there tracking the
sheep. While we were climbing, the sheep moved from this slope
over to that one. The rangers are currently observing the rams right now . There are also two more groups of rams over there…
There are both males and females. If we go down now and drive there by car, it will take
us about an hour and a half or so. Until the moment when we ’ ll have to start walking
again. Our people will, of course, maintain visual contact…
with the sheep at all times. Or there ‘s a second option. We can go like this… We ’ ll check the valley… and then carefully climb up
over there. And we will slowly and carefully approach the sheep
until we are within shooting distance… But it will take us approximately four hours in total. While we ‘re walking, the sheep might leave. It ’ s easier for us to go down and drive around the
mountain by car. Please give your professional opinion. What do you think, what ’ s the best way for us to
proceed? Yes, everyone agreed that it ’ s better to go down to
the cars. Since there were no sheep here, we decided to go down
to the road and change location. As you can see right behind me… there is the towering
peak of Mount Damavand. Its height is 5,671 meters. This is a paradise for those who love to conquer
mountains. People come here from all over the world. We quickly changed our destination and had a photo
shoot with the highest mountain in Iran as our backdrop. It would be great to paraglide down to the cars from
here. Exactly… I believe I can fly… We climbed up here to take a good photo. Yes, an excellent one… The red sheep have a good feeding base here. We ‘re observing what they eat and how much food is
available here. We ‘ve descended 200 meters. Now the altitude is 2,800
meters. That ‘s good for this elevation. These bushes… they really do look just like little
hedgehogs … The sheep start with the top part of the plant, and
then get to the soft stems, which they eat with pleasure. You have to run only on the surface. If your foot sinks down, you might hit a rock. But if you run on top, it ‘s safe. There was no chance…? There was n’t. So … let ‘s maybe go ahead and move on to another
place … Who is a poacher? A poacher is a person who hunts and illegally captures
animals, often in the wild or in protected areas, without a license… In every region, there are always people who have been
engaged in hunting for many, many generations. However, not everyone actually has the real opportunity
to obtain a hunting license. For example, in particular, low-income individuals, or
people living far away from civilization… They are clearly breaking the law. And absolutely no one welcomes them or justifies their
actions. But, on a human level… these people, in some ways, can
still be understood. And when people engage in poaching, especially for the
purpose of making money… This must be stopped and strictly punished without exception. Thanks to sustainable hunting, it is possible to
regulate and manage this situation in a responsible and controlled manner, and protection from poachers is ensured. There are people who are actively interested in
preserving wildlife and their habitats. This is necessary both to conduct hunting and to
conserve rare animal species… Usually, when a hunter arrives, he typically only takes
the animal ‘s valuable skin, while the meat and everything else goes to the local residents. In other words, the local population gets food,
receives important financial benefits, new jobs are created… and wildlife is preserved. Everyone benefits from trophy conservation hunting. It is a highly effective and proven system… one that
allows wildlife to be preserved. The Iranian highlands are helping the Russian off-road
vehicle make its way. While the team is driving around the mountain, the rams
are moving along the other side. According to the rangers’ calculations, when the
hunters reach the opposite slope, the rams will be descending towards them. We spotted some rams … they ‘re 1,500 meters away …
About seven males. Now we need to figure out how to approach them. You know, it seems the wind is blowing from the left,
over here… From the rams, it ‘s blowing directly toward us. We will continue moving in the same direction to the
middle of the mountain, and there we will see about six trophy males. And then we ‘ll make the right decision. But do n’t forget, there ‘s another male over in that
direction. The ram is looking at us and we ‘re deciding how to get
around the mountain without startling him. The situation is really intriguing. We have two rangers: experienced Amir and local Ali. They are arguing and ca n’t reach an agreement. There ‘s a scout over there who ‘s watching two groups . One group is here, and the other is over there. And the rangers are divided on which group to approach . We have decided that, at this point, Ali will now take
a look at that group in order to carefully assess its quality. He will also, additionally, measure the distance. To reach that group, we ‘ll have to go down. And there ‘s a very strong crosswind there. But the scout says the rams over there are bigger. In my opinion, it ‘s best to approach the target from
the leeward side, so we do n’t have to shoot against the crosswind. We decided not to rush and to wait, even though time is
passing. It ‘s about two o’clock in the afternoon at this point
in time. The scout reports that there ‘s an excellent trophy
male in the first group. And we need to hurry … Hunting … is no easy task. Many people think that all you need to do is simply
prepare your rifle, just take a shot from a thousand meters away, and then that ‘s it. You can take pictures, shoot videos, and brag about
your trophy… But it ‘s not that simple. To get a trophy, you have to work hard. You need to walk a lot, climb up mountains and come
down from them. And only then, if the animal does n’t outsmart you, you
might be able to get close to it. And that ‘s when you ‘ll start measuring the wind… and
at that point, everything else. Hunting … is not an easy task. You have to be ready to take the shot at any moment. That ‘s why Sergey is loading the rifle. And now comes the decisive moment. We ‘re about to choose our target. Now we ‘ll find the biggest ram for you, right now…
Just a moment… Let ‘s find the largest trophy. The distance to the rams is 750 meters. It ‘s a very large group with many males. On the right side, there are about eight trophy rams. And there are about six more on the other side… lower
down… And about eight more on the left side, too. We ‘re going to find the biggest ram… right now, okay? An additional challenge is that there are Transcaspian
urials in the herd. So we need to clearly identify the target. Is the ram eating right now? No, not a ‘ram’ that ‘s eating. What is he doing? He ‘s standing by a large bush. The one that ‘s standing in the middle right now. Is he, um, actually getting up now or not? He ‘s eating the bush. By the bush. He ‘s alone. He ‘s just standing right now. He ‘s standing, not eating? He ‘s straightened up now, not eating, right? Yes. He started moving at a slow pace. He lifted his head. He ‘s looking to the right now. He turned to the right… Good position. He ‘s going to the right. That ‘s him. The ram is changing position. The ram is standing, looking at us. He stopped for a moment, and is now slowly looking in
our direction… Is he looking up? Yes, the ram is looking up now. The ram will turn around. There, he turned his head … He ‘s looking at us… Sergey, hey, it ‘s time to shoot! Finished! Perfect! Magnificent! He ‘s crawling! That ‘s it, done! No, he wo n’t get up anymore. The trophy is taken! Superb … truly, undeniably professional! Thank you very much, you are very kind. 735 meters. Now the ram will turn around. There was a crosswind of 5 meters per second. I adjusted for the wind by 20 centimeters. And here is the result. The distance was is incredible! Come on man, that’s going on here? That’s going on here? Finished it off! Finished! Finished! Thank you! But the work for the hunters doesn’t end here by any
means. The ram is on the opposite slope. We need to go down, and then carefully climb back up
the mountain. Meanwhile, the sun is setting and it ‘s starting to get
cold. These bushes, in appearance, are like a gas burner. We walked around them for two days. And it smells like gas. The shrubs that the rams love to eat – these nutritious
plants – also make excellent fuel for people to use. One … two … three … four … five … six …
seven … eight … nine … ten. Congratulations! It was particularly difficult to identify the red ram
specifically. Its distinguishing feature is a black beard. As I understand it, there were also, apparently,
Transcaspian urials in the herd. But they have distinctive white beards. There was an old ram standing there. He could barely walk he was so old and tired. I thought about shooting him. But Masum and Amir both said no. You can only shoot the ram with the black beard. They even helped me aim. The ram stopped at a distance of exactly 735 meters
from the shooter… In fact, he was hit with the very first shot. The bullet worked absolutely perfectly, striking the
shoulder blade from a distance of 735 meters away. The bullet shattered completely into many pieces, and
that ultimately stopped the ram in its tracks. Still, I adjusted the scope turret down by one ‘click,
based on the altitude of 3,000 meters. But my weather station showed everything correctly. If I had adjusted one ‘click’ higher, the bullet would
have hit here, seven centimeters higher. Right here. The black part it ‘s very important. And you know, the body is very huge. Because in Alborz range we have enough eatind and grasslands. And why the animal size is very big. Then it’s very close to each other and then you can recognise that this is a red sheep that is coming from the Alborz. Also we call this Alborz sheep. Alborz sheep or red sheep. And the second point is it’s very circle. Look from the both sides. You know, it’s getting inside the head. It’s very circle and this is another highlight that you can find in most of the cases. That is close similarityes are very close to Alborz sheep or Red sheep. Enjoy your meal. There ‘s about 40 kilograms here… I think at least 40,
honestly. We ‘ll have to carry the ram ourselves. But, this is life. And I like this. Excellent result… A very good red ram. A hard-earned trophy, really. We walked a lot today. A quite remarkable record red ram… A record? Yes, right over here… The money from hunting should, in particular, go to
local communities… That is the policy of the Iranian government. The local people should benefit from this. And it ‘s very important to understand that. After completing all the formalities and registering
the trophy, Sergey heads out for a tour of Tehran. I want to express my gratitude to Israphil and his team
… Masum … Amir … Ali. They did an absolutely excellent job today, very
professional. They work together in perfect harmony… they truly know
how to work alongside the hunter… they can sense the presence of the hunter and create a feeling of complete
and total comfort. That ‘s why we achieved such an excellent result. Thank you! Thank you very much! And as always, coming down from the mountains, people
return to the bustling metropolises. So that at the first opportunity, they can climb the
mountains again. In the next film. We are currently in New Zealand. This is the only country in the world where hunting
wild animals from a helicopter is actually legally permitted by law. He ‘s so good at shooting. The hunt is for Alyona… Thanks to her, we were able to
secure at least three remarkable trophies.
