近所の個人経営のパン屋さんとかケーキ屋さんも週に３－４日で半日しか営業はしていないですね。
定休日とか営業日の半日とかは仕込みをしていますね。パン屋さんとかケーキ屋さんは大変な仕事だと思います。
数年前、駆け出しの頃にもYouTubeで拝見しました。お元気そうでうれしいです。
旦那さんだけの営業大丈夫かな？ゆっくりマイペースに！！って言いたいところだけど、自営はそんなに甘くない。
旦那さん仕事ある年齢のうちにサラリーマンに戻った方が幸せかも。
特に惣菜パン勝負のパン屋さんは大変。産後すぐに奥さんが復帰しなければならないよう踏ん張って下さい。
まずは自前の店舗が持てるよう頑張って下さい。若い体力のあるうちしか踏ん張りは効かないものです。

Makes me feel bad that they're feeding Japanese people unhealthy food. The reason Japanese people have traditionally lived so long is because they have been healthy eaters, but now, especially since WWII, but really since the 1,200-year-old ban on consuming animals was lifted. Very soon Japan will no longer be one of the Blue Zones. Very sad.
