🚗 By Car: Since December 1, 2012, Prefectural Route 300 (Shirahone Onsen Road) has been widened, making it easier to drive and accessible year-round. However, winter conditions may cause icy roads—winter tires or tire chains are required.
🚌 By Bus: A direct bus runs from Shinshimashima Bus Terminal (新島々バスターミナル) in Nagano Prefecture to Shirahone Onsen.
📍 東京からのアクセス:
🚗 お車でお越しの方へ: 2012年12月1日より、県道300号線(白骨温泉道)が開通し、通年利用が可能になりました。道幅が広がりアクセスしやすくなりましたが、冬季は凍結の可能性があるため、冬装備(タイヤチェーン等)を必ずご準備ください。
🚌 バスをご利用の場合: 長野県・新島々バスターミナルより白骨温泉行きの直行バスが運行中。
📍 從東京出發:
🚗 駕車: 2012年12月1日起,白骨溫泉道(縣道300號)正式開通,全年可通行,且道路加寬更易行駛。但冬季可能結冰,請務必準備雪胎或輪胎鏈。
🚌 巴士: 從長野縣的新島島巴士總站(新島々バスターミナル)有直達巴士前往白骨溫泉。

    I deal with a chronic and complex illness so am especially interested in touji clinics where longer stays with more spartan accommodations are available for medical patients for a relatively low cost
