In this video, I’m taking you on a solo trek through one of the most iconic hiking routes in the world – the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. Starting from Manang, I’ve already been trekking for six days and am about to rest for three before continuing my journey.

Thorung La Pass (5416 meters) – Crossing this high-altitude pass is a huge milestone on the circuit, and I’ll take you along the journey.
Ice Lake at 4600 meters – The stunning Ice Lake offers breathtaking views and is a must-see stop before heading higher.
Local food and culture – From the iconic dal bhat (traditional Nepalese dish) to the welcoming locals, the food is as much a part of the experience as the trek itself.
Solo trekking – I talk about the affordability of the trek, how safe it is to hike without a guide, and why the Annapurna Circuit is well-marked and accessible to solo travelers.
Acclimatization in Manang – The perfect place to rest and prepare your body for higher altitudes before tackling Thorung La.
