I went to Darko's recently and liked their burger. Didn't try the peanutbutter one yet but will next time. Eventhough I'm not a huge fan their donuts are good aswell. A few doors down there is a Greek snackbar called Gyros which has the best pita gyros in the region
Did you know the center of the city was one of the most beautiful centers of the country with lots of medieval buildings? Unfortunately it was destroyed by an American bombardment in 1944 as the crew of a B52 decided to drop their left over bombs on the city after returning from Germany.

If you are goingvto walk the 4daagse do NOT buy new sports shoes but outdoor walking shoes. Buy them at a specialized outdoor shop like Bever Sports. Otherwise you will be screwed after 160/200 km.
