北海道旭川市　街あかり Asahikawa City, Hokkaido Machi Akari

北海道旭川市で行われている「街あかり」です。

あさひかわ街あかりイルミネーションは、旭川街あかり実行委員会により実施されています。

旭川市の中心市街の5エリアに11月下旬より約3ヶ月のロングランで開催しています。

今年は過去最大級の23万球のイルミネーションが灯ります。

厳冬の凜とした空気の中、雪を被って輝くイルミネーションのきらめきは凍れる旭川らしい美しい光景です。

“Machi Akari” in Asahikawa, Hokkaido

The Asahikawa Machi Akari Illumination is organized by the Asahikawa Machi Akari Executive Committee.

This long-running event takes place for approximately three months, starting in late November, across five areas in downtown Asahikawa.

This year, a record-breaking 230,000 lights will illuminate the city.

In the crisp air of the harsh winter, the sight of the snow-covered lights shimmering creates a breathtaking scene, embodying the frozen beauty of Asahikawa.
