First, I tried the Goboten Niku Udon (burdock tempura & beef udon) at Daichi no Udon (大地のうどん), a well-known udon shop with perfectly chewy noodles and crispy tempura.
Then, I went to Rakutenchi (楽天地), a legendary restaurant specializing in Motsunabe (beef intestine hot pot)! The rich and flavorful broth is irresistible, and the best part? The Champon noodles at the end—they might even be better than Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen! 😍
