Question: Can people there take out cash from their bank accounts and keep it on hand in case of emergencies such as the one you have now when the bank does not allow use of your card? So, when you can use your card next time, take out a month's amount of money to keep safely for expenses till your card use is available again.

Plerd has no more control over their videos ! Incredible. If you see something strange or people trying to hijack your videos maybe you must report them to Youtube to delete their accounts and kick them out of Youtube platform.
