Join me on a relaxing 1.5-hour drive from Ito City, where the remnants of summer lingered on a hot day. Accompanied by my wife and our beloved dog, we take in the scenic beauty of the Izu Peninsula, passing through the vibrant coastal towns of Atami and Yugawara via local roads.
Along the way, we stop at Nagahama Seaside Park (長浜海浜公園) for a stroll with our dog, enjoying the sea breeze and views of the ocean. The journey continues as we head towards Odawara Castle, known for its stunning architecture and historical significance, offering picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.
