創業は鎌倉時代の山形県米沢市にある秘湯、白布温泉に宿泊しました。宿は湯滝の宿西屋という旅館です。夕食では米沢牛のすき焼きをはじめ、どれもとても美味しかったです。また、ブログでお馴染みの女将さんにも会うことができて良かったです。温泉は湯の花が舞う上質なお湯で、湯量も豊富で温泉の滝が三つあり、圧巻でした。皆さんもぜひ訪れてみてください。

During the trip, I stayed at Yutaki Inn Nishiya, a traditional ryokan in Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, established since the Kamakura period. The dinner featured delicious dishes including Yonezawa beef sukiyaki. It was a pleasure to meet the innkeeper, who is well-known from her blog. The hot spring at Shirabu Onsen was exceptional, with high-quality water where hot spring waterfalls flow abundantly from three different cascades—a sight to behold. I highly recommend a visit!
