瑞牆山（みずがきやま）は、山梨県北杜市にある標高2,230mの山で、奥秩父山塊の主脈の一つです。日本百名山にも選定されており、岩肌むき出しの独特な山容から「岩の殿堂」とも称されています。登山道は整備されていますが、岩場が多いため、ある程度の登山経験と装備が必要です。
山頂からの眺望: 山頂からは、八ヶ岳、富士山、南アルプスなどの山々を360度のパノラマで望むことができます。
瑞牆山は、天候が変わりやすく、夏でも涼しい服装が必要です。
岩場が多いため、滑りにくい登山靴が必要です。
鎖場もあるため、ある程度の登山経験が必要です。
登山道は整備されていますが、一部崩落している箇所もありますので、注意が必要です。

【電車・バスの場合】
JR中央本線韮崎駅から韮崎瑞牆線で瑞牆山荘バス停で下車。
約1時間30分、2060円、1日5〜6便。（期間運行のため、シーズンオフは増富温泉止まり。ここから歩いて3時間近くかかる）。

【車の場合】
中央自動車道須玉ICから約25km。山荘から100mに約100台収容の無料駐車場あり。５月の連休や夏の海の日前後、秋の紅葉シーズンの週末は大きな駐車場も満車になってしまうこともあるので注意。
