hello today we’re going to this place called The Farm Universal I think it’s a strawberry farm but I think it also has like it’s not a pet Cafe it’s like a cafe where you can take your pets attached as well I believe so we’re going to take little L with us I’m not really sure how it’s both a strawberry farm and a cafe but I’m King to check it out and to finally get to try some of these famous Japanese strawberries that I’ve heard so much about but I mean really like how much better can they actually be than Australian strawberries [Music] like he got his little jacket on he’s ready to go we excited we’re excited all right we made it the farm Universal is a garden center in Oraka consisting of an extravagant plant nursery Strawberry Farm Restaurant and petting zoo seeing as pets are allowed on the grounds let’s see what L makes of all of this [Music] Strawberry Farm 15 lets you pick your own strawberries from a selection of five different types oh my God each person receives one container to fill up freely and then pay for it on the counter at the end are these okay there are English and Japanese instruction pamphlets available to explain the process but essentially you’re just finding the ones that you like making sure they’re right and then breaking the stem off at a 90° angle for a perfect L undamaged gorgeous red [Music] [Applause] [Music] strawberry it’s really good how it’s like within Arms Reach which I love so you don’t have to like bend down in Australia if you go strawberry picking to Strawberry Farms you have to go from the ground but they’ve made it at really good level so you don’t have to hurt your back at all [Music] finally here we go we bought them let’s try there’s like four flavors in here but we mixed them all up so we don’t know which one’s which goodbye [Music] bye it’s delicious it’s the perfect strawberry it’s juicy without falling apart it’s sweet but it still tastes like strawberry it doesn’t taste like artificial sedut it just tastes like a really sweet strawberry this is the best strawberry I’ve ever eaten oh my God so this whole pack is about $20 20 to 30 20 to $30 yeah so it’s not cheap but it’s amazing SK skinny [Music] he hates this he’s terrified of all the animals no this looks Australian this looks like a eucalyptus [Music] tree we actually stumbled upon this place because we were looking for a cafe that allows pets everything else was just a wholesome happy coincidence this is the Terrace for little dogs the big dogs one is just next door when we arrived there weren’t many other dogs much to little ‘s relief the food itself was pretty standard a main western style dish with sides of soup salad and a drink it’s always interesting eating Western food in Japan I feel like I always get caught off guard by some kind of Japanese twist that more often the knot actually makes the dish tastier than the original like this seafood pasta for example it was awes aome sa frood in Japan [Music] [Music] SL oh oh [Music] anyway this turned into a whole day adventure that I thoroughly enjoyed if anyone else has any suggestions or recommendations of similar activities or places to visit please let me know in the comments I feel like this city has so so much to offer and I can’t wait to explore more of it thanks for watching and see you next time [Music] bye
