Introduced here is YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE, which was completed at the end of March in the 53rd district of the Minato Mirai 21 Central District!
YOKOHAMA SYMPHOSTAGE is a large-scale complex with a total floor area of approximately 183,000m2 that Obayashi Corporation, Yamaha Corporation, Keihin Electric Express Railway, Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate, and Minato Mirai 53 East LLC are constructing in the 53rd district of the Minato Mirai 21 Central District. The West Tower, with 30 floors above ground and 1 below, will be approximately 158 m high and consist of offices, a hotel, and retail stores. The East Tower, with 16 floors above ground and 1 below, will be approximately 90 m high and consist of offices, open innovation offices, and retail stores. It will be designed and constructed by Obayashi Corporation. Construction is scheduled to be completed at the end of March 2024, with the low-rise commercial zone (10 stores) and open innovation offices scheduled to open on May 9, and the Keikyu EX Hotel Minatomirai Yokohama scheduled to open on June 24.
Located within a minute’s walk of the Minatomirai Line’s Shin-Takashima Station, the pedestrian deck from Yokohama Station has been extended to the site to create a pedestrian network that will keep the area dry in the rain.
